Does DocuSign retain and provide access to audit trails for 3 years?

If you’re talking about certificate of completion, then I know those are kept functionally forever.

We had an employee get rehired and we were able to resurrect their user from 8 years ago, complete with all their envelopes intact.

My guess is for legal liabilities, DocuSign is keeping copies of everything.

EDIT: If you mean “Audit Logs” as seen in the Auditing section of the Admin settings, then yes.  I’m able to pull from at least 5 years ago.
