I understand you are having a problem while creating a Web form. I can imagine how frustrating it must be that none of the attachments are being imported into your Web form, and the option to add an attachment field does not appear. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you.
The Advanced webform is a must-have if you need the attachment field, as the functionality is available only in Advanced Web Forms. This Feature is sold as a separate add-on to Business Pro or higher DocuSign eSignature direct plans. It's also included in Docusign IAM plans (Professional and above). For your reference: Add or Edit Properties for a Web Forms Attachment Field.
If you'd like to use this feature, your Administrator can get in touch with your Account Manager to talk about this or open a Docusign Support case. To open a support case in the Docusign Support Center, go to the "Get Support" section and select "Open a Support Case". Log in using your Docusign credentials and select a case subject. If you have multiple Docusign accounts, choose the appropriate account to continue. Open a case in the Docusign Support Center.
