I received a copy of a contract I allegedly signed during an in home session hosted by a third party. Should this contract have the DocuSign envelope ID on the top of the contract? Also, where the signature is showing on the signature page of the contract, should an indicator exists with DocuSigned by: or some variation?

I received a Docu-sign from City of Hope. When I went to sign, my husbands signature kept popping in the signature line. I could not get my signature on the Release Form. Eventually it signed his name and sent it to City of Hope. What can I do?

Currently before sending an agreement under my Templates the app asks for their full name and email only. I want the app to ask for their full name, email address, rent price (that I can manually type in), and start date. Then I want that information to auto-populate in the document. Is this possible anywhere? At the moment I'd need to put a text field and ask the receiver the type in rent price and start date directly into the document. How do I do it on my end so they don't need to ask them to do it?

How can I change the standard message sent with a docusign please?

I recently uploaded an updated version of a template to an existing template. While I was able to do so without any issues, after doing so, it appears that the bulk send functionality is encountering an error. While I am able to upload a bulk send list and it imports without any error, when I click "Next," I receive this error message:"This recipient type must have a name and email address."When I click the back button in the upper left, I see an additional error message:The email address for the recipient is invalid. The recipient Id follows. Invalid Email: multiBulkRecipients-Program-Contact-(Partner)@docusign.comI am fairly confident this is not an issue on my end at this point. Any guidance would be appreciated!

how do i edit a PDF file?

For example, Person A and Person B are set to sign 1st (at the same time). Person C is set to sign when and only when Person A signs and Person C doesn't have to wait for Person B to sign.

I see a lot of people have asked about re-sizing their own jpg or png signatures. Other than increasing the size of the source signature before uploading, is there now a way of increasing the size of the font once the signature is uploaded?

I have a powerform that is created by an originator and signed by them and then sent to two additional consecutive signers to approve or deny. How can I give either one of those last 2 signers the ability to send back to the originator to make changes to fields?

​I want to send contracts using DocuSign this way: staff draft and upload contract to DocuSign, manager approves/rejects, then it either is sent on to the client to sign or is returned to the staff to make changes as noted. I feel like I read about this but can't recall where.

hey seem to be 2 difrrerent issues. one is my signature and one is an envelope. I can do both seperately but not at the same time on one document. 

Can anyone help me please? how can I change the date on my date stamp? when signing documents the date stamp is one day behind the actual date. with thanks  Francescs

When trying to edit or add Standard Fields now to the Template Document, we can see the Standard Field but they are faint and seem unavailable to drag to the document.

Hi! I am currently the DocuSign plan holder, as it should be, and it is linked with my Wufoo account. When I have my clients sign a completed Wufoo form via DocuSign is there a way to email that forms to several other email addresses once it is signed and completed to avoid me having to manually forward the completed document?  Thanks for any help!

Can someone help me to properly design signing process?I need to proceed with the agreement with the company where two people have to sign it concurrently. There are four people authorized to sign documents on behalf of this company. So two people out of four have to be asked to sign the agreement. Usually those two people are available at the office.I don't know any name nor email of these four people and I don’t know who is available for signing.I know one person and his email at this company who is my counterpart and knows all of these four people and knows who is available at the moment. ​With how successful DocuSign is, I feel like this must be a very silly question...​I am interested in DocuSign, but I'm wondering why it's necessary?​Often​ for work when I have to sign something, I'll just open the document with Microsoft word, sign it on my touchscreen laptop or tablet, then send it back to the office...​ Now with touchscreens, I can sign any document either in Adobe, or Microsoft office etc. So why is DocuSign necessary? Are other digitally signed documents not legal?​Why would I need this software when you can essentially sign anything using almost any software?​Sorry​ if this is a silly question, but I've been trying to research it online and haven't found a good explanation anywhere as to why this service isn't totally redundant.​Thank​ you,

Why are signers being prompted to "provide information for any other signers needed for this document"?

Hello,  I am new to docusign and used the program for the first time today.  I have a document that requires about 100 signatures. If I send the document to multiple recipiants, how do I get all of the signtures on one document?   Also, if there are any receipiants the choose not to sign, would I be able to edit the document after sending to recipiants to get rid of the fields showing the non signers since they will remain blank if I dont remove them. 

​I am using an internal department to accept/process Powerforms submitted online. I would like to not have that department visible on the initial splash page when the customer completes the page with their name & email.
