Can I prepare an Envelope with documents for multiple signatures and specify a future date for the envelope to be distributed?

Hi,

Thank you for reaching out here in the DocuSign Community.

Yes, we have a new feature that allows you to Schedule an Envelope to Send at a Future Date and Time, Scheduled sending allows you to schedule an envelope to be sent at a specific date and time in the future. This means you can prepare envelopes ahead of time and schedule them to send automatically without further intervention.

Please note that Scheduled sending is not supported for bulk send or remote online notary. Part 11 accounts can use scheduled sending.

Also, you can Add a delay between recipients, Use delayed routing to add a delay between your envelope recipients. Your envelope must have at least two recipients in order to add a delay.

Please bear in mind that the features are supported only in certain DocuSign plans. For more information about which options are available for your account, contact your account administrator or DocuSign customer support. If you believe that you need further assistance, or require the assistance of a live agent, you can always create a Support Case to have a Support agent work with you.
