Client set up her Docusign and signed it as "test". When she logs into sign the new documents it wont let her delete or change the signature. Shes stuck with "test" showing as the signature. She tried on her cell phone, tablet and a PC. It looks like the images ive attached. These are the mobile version.

I sent myself a test document and was able to edit it on the PC.

So im not sure how to help her.

I would highly recommend you to get in touch with DocuSign Support for assistance clearing this recipient data from our system so they can adopt a new signature. They can also try to create a free account.

If you are not able to open the case on this page, you should scroll down to 'More Support Options' and select "I can't reset my password or don't have an account." you will have the option to fill out a form or calling Support.
