I'm afraid that only the parties involved in the envelope (recipients and sender) and the Sender Account Admin can search and access the envelope.
If you are either the sender or a recipient of the envelope in question and you have an account, you can navigate to your manage tab and filter your search to locate the envelope, but if you are not the recipient, sender, or admin, no results will show up.

You can always create a case to have a Support agent work the case with you.

If you are not able to open the case on the same page, you should scroll down to More Support Options and select "I can't reset my password or don't have an account." you will have the option of filling out the form or calling Support.
