Is there a way to disable the mobile friendly option for the recipient. I dont want it to be an option for the recipent

Hello,Thank you for reaching out here in the DocuSign Community.You must be a DocuSign Admin, in your settings tab, you will need to go to the Signing settings and uncheck "Allow recipients to view mobile-friendly documents with responsive signing"https://support.docusign.com/s/document-item?bundleId=pik1583277475390&topicId=rgk1583277353500.html&_LANG=enusPlease let us know if you need further assistance with anything else and click"Select as Best"below if you found the answer to be a valid solution to your issue!.You can create a case athttps://support.docusign.com/en/contactSupportand a Support agent will contact you, If you are not able to open the case on the same page, you should scroll down to More Support Options and select "I can't reset my password or don't have an account." you will have the option of filling out the form or calling Support.Best regards,Christopher |DocuSign Community Moderator
