You can also get in touch with DocuSign Support if you want an agent to cancel the account for you.

You can opt out of the email marketing messages we send you by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link in the email message or unsubscribe here (DocuSign - Manage My Email Communications).
We also encourage you to read our privacy policy for more information. You can always create a case to have a Support agent work the case with you.

If you are not able to open the case on the same page, you should scroll down to More Support Options and select "I can't reset my password or don't have an account." you will have the option of filling out the form or calling Support.
