I have a docusigned document, I sent it outside the platform to collect signatures but the signers tell me that the document is locked and they can not sign with adobe or another system. How can I unlock or prevent the locking in the first place

How do i resend the document for e-signature. The signatory confirmed saying it was not received initially. Hence, i want to resend it. There were 3 signatories. Two of them already signed it

Can I modify my esignature? I used a default sign which appeared first and now unable to change the sign. I tried changing my signature using manage preferences section but that also didnt help.

Dear Docusign community, I just got a Docusign account. When creating new templates for my different contracts, Docusign (the new version) doesn't save the inserts that I put at each page (signature, etc). With the earliest version, it was working so I didn't have to go through every page each time I wanted to send something. Can you please help me fix this? Thanks

I saw in the release notes the anoouncement on the new sharing of envelopes. A nice improvement.Now i want my local administrators to set the themselves for their own subsidiary. I have a set up profile with "Allow Some" Administrative access. I have granted "Users and Groups" - Edit users and Groups. and also granted Envelop sharing. If a user with this profile set up Envelop sharing for a user then no list of users is displayed.. The search wheel keeps being displayed.If i change the profile and Grant "Allew All" Administrative access then it works fine. However i do not want to grant that access to loacl admins. How to set this up. Any ideas?

I've recently started using Docusign and wanted to add an SMS authentication to the document I want to send. The option to add an SMS authentication doesn't appear for me when I'm setting up the recipients.How would I go about enabling this ?

So I have a couple of questions about the options that appear on the right side of the screen when I'm adding fields to a document. I tried searching for them but couldn't find anything helpful. What does the "tooltip" option do? What does "recipients can collaborate" do? At the top, there is a recipient section that has a "required field" option. At the bottom, there is a "sender permissions" section with a "mandatory" option. Whats the difference? Thanks!

If I have two partners with one general email address. Do they manually type their name when signing or does the name (electronic signature) pull from the name that I select in eSignature Contacts?
