Hello. We need to send the same release form to multiple people and collect one signature per recipient. What is the best way to accomplish this? Thanks.

DocuSign’s enhanced bulk send feature allows senders to easily send a standardized document to many recipients at one time. This can be particularly convenient for transactions where a formal acknowledgment may be required (e.g., new company policies) when mass notifications take place or a myriad of other use cases where the same document needs to be sent out to a large group.

Two things.
First, I replied to your response via email (like it says I can do) and it bounced and I got this message:
Something went wrong while processing your email reply to Customer Community.
We couldn't read the text in your email reply.
This was from my iPhone. What is wrong with your servers?
Secondly, do you have a solution that doesn't involve an upsell? I searched the forum and almost all your answers require people to spend more money. I don't like support people telling me the answer to an issue is to pay them more. Seems like pure, unapologetic greed to me. Also, "give us more money" is not really an answer, now is it? Do you work for support or do you work for sales? Cringe.
So, please tell me how to do this on my current entry-level plan. It's less than ten recipients, not hundreds, so I'm pretty sure you can come up with an actual answer to my question. Give it your best shot.

I apologize for the inconvenience, a potential workaround if bulk send is not a feasible option would be to upload the documents needed for the 10 recipients that you mentioned and then add the 10 recipients, after that, you will need to add the fields to each document and match to recipients that are intended, the downside would be that the recipients will be able to view each others information, and if one of them decline to sign the envelope, the system will mark as voided for all of the ten recipients.

Thank you for you reply, but it doesn't solve the problem. Let me explain it to you with more detail to help you understand. I need to send a release form to 10 different people. Each person needs to fill out their name, address, and other details, and then sign it and return it to me. No one can see the other recipients' information. That would be a breach of confidentiality. This is not a shared document. The commonality is that they are all receiving the same form from me.
