Hello.Are there any permission for templates when sharing them?We use a custom permission profile to allow our users to create, use and share templates since we want our users to use this feature for their own templates.But we also have some company wide templates that should not be editable but only useable.

When sending contracts, our first recipient is an approver. If they click the approve button, and the envelope is later corrected (before anyone signs) by replacing the attached document, will the approver see this change?

When I use the data field box it looks like it is covering the existing text. However, when I receive the document back from my client the data field box was transparently creating a blur of text, the old existing text, and the new changed text. How do I make the data box solid before filling in the text?

I have an envelope which was voided due to the date expiring (didn't know this was a setting) - signed by one person but not another and I ideally would like to unvoid it to retain the orginal signing date. Is this possible?Alernatively if not is it possible to re-send and sign retrospectively on the date intended?Thanks in advance

I have field that will contain a persons driver license. Is there a way to keep that field from being viewed except for the originator and a person in another department? Can the field be password protected once the originator submits the request?

I'm a beginner. How do I turn a document into Docusign

Let's say I have a bulk send CSV column "Staff::Gender" with "Male" and "Female" as possibilities. I have a DocuSign template with a checkbox group (made as a group so I can validate exactly one entry) for Male and Female choices.The simple question would be: What is supposed to correspond with 'Gender' as the data point?I see that the unique ID for the group is 'Checkbox Group 3974f456-aa46-4471-b440-47c6e77322b0', which isn't real helpful to map with CSV value above, since that CSV and its column name is used across many different templates. Am I looking in the wrong place...maybe I'm supposed to use 'Data Label' or 'Checkbox Values' and have a separate column like "Staff::Male" as a X value while "Staff::Female" is blank? Seems clunky...

I see the "date signed" fields, for the eSignature blocks, but is there a way to insert a date field that will populate with the date that the final eSignature was obtained for the document?

I keep getting signatories telling me they tried to sign a document but it has expired. I have to resend documents that were only sent a week ago. There is no way to set an expiry date, how do I find a document's expiry date? AND how do I change it?
