Hi Team,
Have input the recipients full individual name on envelope with the recipients preferred email address and then have sent the envelope across.
Upon signing though, the recipients name reverts to a company name they have used on Docusign previously.
Is there a way to disconnect the email address from the previous company name so the client can use their full individual name, or will I need to ask the client to update their email address to something new entirely?
