If you clear the cookies and the cache?
If you try in a different browser do you get the same results?
Are you the only one in the account getting this error?

I'm having the same issue. I have over 200 contacts, I'm getting tired of having to scroll through the whole list to get the correct email address. What's going on?

There is a known issue regarding several of our users getting the same error the contacts are not auto-populating.
