An envelopp has expired less than 6 months after it was sent. All parties signed the document, but one person needed to view the envelopp so that it would be sent to all parties. 4 month after being sent, the envelopp has mysteriously expired... Is it possible to reactive this envelopp?

Hello,

Thank you for reaching out here in the DocuSign Community.

I apologize for the inconvenience, I understand that you want to know if it is possible to reactive an envelope that has expired.

We apologize but you will need to create a new envelope, you can use Copy envelope to expedite the envelope creation.

The Copy option clones an envelope to make a copy, which contains all of the same uploaded files, recipients, and signing fields. You can copy any envelope you created that is either in progress, completed, or voided.

Another option is to use Copy Envelope with Field Data. This option creates a copy that retains any information already entered by recipients.
