I am having an issue where several people are not sending emails to the email address we specify on the email we send or on the documents we send. They are instead replying to the DocuSign.net email address. Do we have access to view those emails?

I understand that you are looking to confirm if the emails sent to the docusign.net email domains can be shared with you, and I will gladly share more details on this topic.

The emails sent to the @docusign.net addresses are not retained, mainly because our notifications are no-reply emails.

However, if the recipients are just replying to the email notifications, these emails should be forwarded to the envelope's creator.
