Example use case would be if I want to send a document to another company’s entire CSM team. Each member of the CSM team should be able to view or in some cases sign it. How can I do this? Obviously their signing group won’t show up in my directory and there is no email associated with that signing group as a whole, only the individual members. Even if I could add an email address manually (for example let’s say their team has a shared email inbox such as: “entireCSMteam@example.com”) then there would need to be shared access to a DocuSign account with that email address. I would rather avoid a shared account.Thank you!

I’m Just looking for a simple way to look at the “Ball-In-Court” for pending signatures.  Is there a quick tool or report that shows who or which signer is still pending signatures and to which document?  without having to look or hover over each “Waiting for Others” hyperlink to see which recipient still needs to sign.  

In my template I need to use the text/name field in the middle of a paragraph.  But the length of the text/name will be different each time I use the template and will either overwrite the existing paragraph text or will leave space between words where it isn’t needed.   

I have a QR code that I will link to a 2-page Fillable PDF. (I already have the fillable PDF completed)Users would access the PDF from the QRCode and fill it out, and electronically sign the PDF.Once complete, the 2-page completed PDF will be emailed to my email address.If this can be done, can you please point me to instructions on how to do this?Thanks, Mike

Is it possible to attach other documents such as PDF and Word documents not needing signatures to the email with the DocuSign document?

So, I misspelled a recipients name one time and now it auto-fills when I start typing it in. The email still shows up correctly which is not good because it actually gets sent to the recipient with their name spelled wrong. How do I delete the bad one?

Does anyone know how to increase the amount of time a user can remain logged in to DocuSign (via Chrome)?  It’s set at a few minutes now, so when I’m working I’m logging in to DocuSign multiple times, it’s getting annoying.  Thank you!

Hello,I’m filling out information on a envelope, and marking as “read only”. When the signer or people who just received a copy open the document, none of the information is showing, so the form appear to be blank.How can I fix it? 

As an admin, am I able to open an envelope sent and signed by other users in my organization? If so, please let me know how. Thank you in advance for any help!

I have just been using the trial to sign documents and assumed they would be online. Do they get deleted?  I am missing documents that have been completed. Is there a way to retrieve them?thanks 

Under my personal license which is part of a team subscription I keep on receiving the following message when I prepare an envelope in DocuSign to send:   Something is wrong with my license only as other team members don’t receive this error.How can I fix this?Thanks for the help!

Is there a way to have the app stay open longer before it logs you out for inactivity?

How can I set the default for the signature to have the box around it.  I selected that option in settings but it does not populate when signing on a computer but it does populate when signing on a mobile device. 

If I need more envelopes for an special event. Can I purchase more envelopes?

My boss changed the signature, but when she try to sign, the previous signature appears instead of the updated one. She has tried clearing the cache and logging out, but the new signature still doesn't apply. How can I fix this?

We are unsure if Docusign is the right product for us. As we heard there was a limit to a 100 signers.We have documents that need to be signed by students before and after class. Only one Student and a trainer will sign the document. However, we will have up 20 students per class and we run classes daily.So we would hit the 100 signers after a day.Is our understanding correct?

Hello Community,I’m using a flow in Power Automate to save documents from completed envelopes to sharepoint and API the detail to another service.  I successfully used "When an envelope status changes (Connect) (V3)" to trigger the flow and provide the needed documents and detail, but every individual run of the flow (one envelope), creates a duplicate of the Docusign Connect configuration. Very soon after, this results in too many requests at a time because every envelope is basically requested a few dozen times.  How would I prevent this from happening? All I did to connect Power Automate’s "When an envelope status changes (Connect) (V3)" is to choose my account, give the flow a name, and choose to listen to completed envelopes, the initial Connect configuration was created automatically.

We use embedded spreadsheets within the appendices to our legal agreements.  When issuing the document in docusign, the embedded spreadsheet cannot be opened and viewed by the recipient. Is there a way in which you can allow the recipient to open but not change embedded spreadsheets?
