Is there a way to generate a contract in the middle of a workflow? For example: The first document kicked off through salesforce is called the deal summary sheet.. This provides the vice president enough info to give the go/no go for the contract generation.. Upon approval I currently have the contract admin generating the contract outside of spring and uploading it back into the folder within the salesforce record..What I would like to do is after the VP has given the approval the workflow automatically creates the document based off of doc launcher information.. My idea.. to create the contract a doc launcher form is sent to the sales rep to fill out... they would specify what type of contract they would like to generate..which means the workflow would need to understand the difference between templates and grab the right template and generate the right doc launcher form with the right feilds on it to generate the contract...I realized when writing this it sounds a little crazy.. but

Hi, I'm just trying to understand how to extract some of the values of the input fields from a document generation form. I read other post that use an expression like this: "GetVariableValue("Params.Params.TemplateFieldData..." but it doesn't work.In my case I need to create a variable in a workflow based on a numeric value that is entered into a text field on the document generation form.PD. The search for text step is not an option because it takes 10 minutes to search the value

How can i create a link of Signed Document in Workflows so that i can route to other party for Signature?

As part of my Workflow, I am sending an email to my Sales Rep if their Document has been Rejected by the Contracts Team. The email is sent as expected and the tags from Salesforce all pull in correctly to the email. The tags from the SpringCM Variables DO NOT PULL IN at all and show blank areas. I have tripled verified that I have the variables spelled/named correctly in the email and yet it is still not working.I must be missing something? Or maybe there is a special way to add these in?As an example...SFDC Line that works: <%#XmlVariables.Params.Params.TemplateFieldData.Salesforce_Id.Quote_Number%>SpringCM Line that does not work: <%#XmlVariables.Params.Params.TemplateFieldData.ContractsComments%>Any ideas??

I am trying to update a variable at the end of a workflow.Scenario: At the end of the workflow I want the contract number to be updated based on the manually updated attribute... Ex: Once the document gets sent to operations for processing I want the operations person to manually update the attributes.. From there I would like for the workflow to then update the variable and then update the corresponding Salesforce field. Currently I have a find document step, and I am confused.. do I just need to redefine the document variable? Meaning the document is deal_summary_doc and the existing variable I am updating is deal_Summary _doc? If so, how would I let the workflow know to grab the updated attribute and assign it to the correct variable and how would I define the document params with that new variable? Currently I have the update variable first then the find document next.

Hello - does anyone know where the remind button went on the new Document Interface?  It used to be in the Workflow Activity Section.

Is there a way to download files without them going into a zipped folder?

Hi All,I am trying to reduce my seats from 2 down to 1, and also wanting to downgrade from Business Pro to Standard. However, it seems the system only allows one or the other, not both? Is this correct or is there another way to do both? Thanks.

We sent the document to the signer several times but the signer didn’t receive the email from Docusign. They checked junk and spam folders. What are the potential reasons?

Is there any way of adding multiple options dropdowns into a Form? I am trying to add them the same way I created the cascade section for the Attribute group, however I can only select 1 of the options. Many thanks.

Hi all,I am issuing a report to gain visibility over who initiated a Workflow. However, it is showing me Workflows initiated by deleted users. When I try to filter them out using the "Initiated By" filter, their names do not appear as they have been removed from CLM.Is there any way to avoid these deleted users from appearing in my reports? Many thanks in advance!

I have installed the DocuSign CLM in salesforce org from App exchange. And I want to Connect DocuSign CLM account to the Salesforce Account. How to create CLM account. Please give any CLM link to create Account. I’m unable DocuSign CLM configured my salesforce account. How to setup CLM and create a DocuSign CLM account.

Hi! Help me understand if the second party who has been sent a document to sign can make edits to it in a "Suggesting" mode like google docs, not only leave comments. Is there such a feature in DocuSign? Thanks in advance!

I just opened a personal account and am using DocuSign for the first time. I have a limit of 5 envelopes that I can send each month. Would anyone be able to tell me if this limit applies from the day I signed up? Or is it simply monthly, as in the 1st and last day of each month? For example, if I signed up on 3/29 and sent 3 envelopes before 3/31, do I get another 5 envelopes as of 4/1? Or do I only have 5 envelopes from 3/29 - 4/29?Any insight or assistance is appreciated. Happy holiday to all who celebrate! Best, Jordan

Hello, Im newer when it comes to CLM and Im having an issue with getting updated information from the Document that is getting updated by end users. How everything is setup:Form is completed by a user in Salesforce which we pass in field values that then merge into our CLM Document The new Document triggers the workflow to kickoff. Then we update Salesforce based on the document and the changes. We want to track changes made in the document with fields that we merged from salesforce. The issue:I have successful been able to update salesforce with hard coded data but when I try to pull the values from Params.TemplateFieldData.FieldName its not showing the updated value from the document its showing what was first passed into the Form at the start of the process. Any help would be much appreciated!

Hello.I have an interactive login (username and password) and now an SSO login; both using the same email address.  When I sign a document, it lands in my interactive account after signing but I would like it to land in my SSO account going forward. How do I make this happen? Thanks for any advice.PS: I have read the other threads that talk about the fact that I can’t merge the accounts; I am just looking for them to land in the SSO account going forward.

I’ve started a monthly subscription, but it isn’t allowing me to start and sign. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks in advance.

We are a school that was using Docusign for only two users. I’ve discovered that there is an option for non-profit pricing that can save us some money since we need to add additional users as we grow.  I understand in order for me to make the switch, I will need to cancel my current account and create a new one. I do not want to lose the data we currently hold in our accounts so what would be the best way to backup all the data/documents we currently have?  OR is it possible to just transfer all the information to the new account? Additionally, can I use the same email address for this new account?

How can I unvoid a document that voided due to expiration?  It was signed by 2 of the 3 signers.

Dear Community,In our company, the question arose as to whether it is possible to show all participants in a workflow which people are signing the document in total. As a downstream signer, you can see the signatures that have already been made, but the participants would like to know who will sign AFTER them.  This can certainly be intercepted by storing the names in the document itself, but I would be interested to know if there is a corresponding setting in DocuSign? Many thanks in advance for your answers and best regards,Katrin

Sent a document for signature and my recipients are concerned as to why the email notification has a banner stating “Caution: This email came from an external source.  Please do not click on links or open attachments from senders you do not trust.”
