Reduce seats & downgrade

Hi All,

I am trying to reduce my seats from 2 down to 1, and also wanting to downgrade from Business Pro to Standard.

However, it seems the system only allows one or the other, not both? Is this correct or is there another way to do both?

If you don't see the options you want, you can open a ticket with the support team. They’ll check what is assigned to your account and they may make any necessary adjustments.
