Hi there,

 

I paid for a monthly subscription via Paypal, my bank account shows the transaction was successful, but my DocuSign account was not updated, it still asked me to pay. Logged out and back in a few times, but propbel was still there.

 

Anyone had the same problem ever?

There are many different possibilities for this issue, from multiple accounts associated with the same email address, to payment synchronization problems.

In this scenario, my suggestion is that you open a ticket with the Customer Support Team and send a copy of your payment confirmation. They’ll be able to check the transaction details and, if necessary, force your account to sync.
