Hello - does anyone know where the remind button went on the new Document Interface? It used to be in the Workflow Activity Section.

Hello, I hope all is well. The reminder option should be on the bottom left of new document interface. Do you see it in your environment?

We’re not in the newest newest interface - doesn’t work with our workflows for some reason. But the last user interface and it’s not there. It’s in the one before that though. First picture below is the older screens. The bottom picture is the newer screens.

Hello!

I hope you are doing well. I still have the remind button for my step. Can you go to the workflow and confirm what step it is in? It has to be in external review step for remind to work. It might have expired and when back to another step.
