I apologize for the inconvenience, I know the importance of having the information displayed as needed, and I understand that when you pull up the report it shows closed users in the report.
You can pull the report, export it, and then filter those names out. Outside of that, this is by design, the system keeps the original names on the record of the Workflows that ran, but we can't filter on a value that no longer exists(really) in the table.
Note: Some advanced features and options are supported only in specific DocuSign plans. Your account plan might not support some options discussed in this help topic. Contact your account administrator for more information about which options are available for your account.
