Hi all,

I am issuing a report to gain visibility over who initiated a Workflow. However, it is showing me Workflows initiated by deleted users. When I try to filter them out using the "Initiated By" filter, their names do not appear as they have been removed from CLM.

Is there any way to avoid these deleted users from appearing in my reports?

I apologize for the inconvenience, I know the importance of having the information displayed as needed, and I understand that when you pull up the report it shows closed users in the report.

 

You can pull the report, export it, and then filter those names out. Outside of that, this is by design, the system keeps the original names on the record of the Workflows that ran, but we can't filter on a value that no longer exists(really) in the table.
