Understanding Security Level on the Certificate of Completion

My Compliance team is working on auditing some of our past documentation and has asked some questions regarding the Security Level items on the Certificate of Completion page. Some of our envelopes are hosted by staff for In-Person signing and some are sent directly to signers to be signed but in both instances, the security level states "Security Level: Email, Account Authentication (None)" for both hosts of In-Person signings and for remote signers. The question is what does this designation mean? I've read elsewhere that it indicates that a signer wasn't required to log in to DocuSign to sign, but our In-Person staff access their envelopes through their DS accounts, so that doesn't seem to be accurate. Could someone please break down this line for me to help me understand what the Certificate is stating? Thanks for any help you can offer, Owen Shultz GT Independence

Trying to share access.

I have multiple users set up with shared access. I have tried to add an additional person to that access. She had previously used her work email to sign a document and when she logs in she only sees that info and stating she has three signs left and nothing about the shared access. I searched through the resources but cannot find an answer. I need to get this user the shared access (in my hub she shows active) but the user isn't seeing it.

I'm a user admin of Docusign to create/change/delete the users in my organization. I wanted to change email address for our user, but I couldn't find the option. Can we change it somehow?

When the user tries to login using SSO she gets a message: you cannot be logged in because you are not a member of a group with access. Which setting do I need to change?

We have SSO enabled for our account. For the administrators that works fine. I added another user with the standard DS Sender profile. And she cannot login (gets the message regarding the group membership). She is part of a group and has the DS Sender profile attached.

Is it possible to move/transfer unused envelope to another DS Sender?

For example, under the eSignature account, our has 1 DS Admin and another 3 DS Sender (which these DS Sender are created by adding envelopes and seats under Plan and Billing) as illustrated below: Each DS Admin and Sender has 100 envelopes. The question is, if DS Sender 3 has 50 unused envelopes, can the DS Admin/DS Sender 3 transfer the unused envelopes to DS Sender 2? Any advice is greatly appreciated! Thanks!

How to exclude members from SSO

I am not seeing options to exclude certain users from our SSO policy or a way to remove SSO altogether. My admin console doesn't have the same tabs such as the mentioned Security tab in this document https://support.docusign.com/s/articles/How-to-exclude-specific-users-from-SSO-requirements?language=en_US&rsc_301. I am currently an admin with full access, is this different than being an org admin? If so, how do I identify who the org admins are?

Is there any report that shows the 'Envelope ID' and the 'Completed Date'?

I'm planning to build a report to get the 'Completion Date' of envelopes into our CLM system. Does anyone know if there's any delivered report that deliver this? or, ability to write a custom report? Sorry if this is a basic question. My role is more on the project management side and just doing some research. Thanks, Richard

Is it possible to set a user with admin rights the means to have visibility of all users sent envelopes?

If you are an DocuSign Admin, can you set a permission/right to allow for visibility/management of all envelopes issued via a tenant? Its seems the admin must configure shared access to a users docusign account on a individual basis, is there another way to allow an admin to manage all? Otherwise we will constantly have to grant access to users account for the admin account.

I am a new user of Docusign - how include Certificate Audit Trail of signed document in the same pdf that was signed

I always get the summary report separately from the signed document - I would like to have the audit trails as a full integrated part of the signed document itself . how can I do this. I don''t see any feature (not in my preferences neither when downloading the signed document -- when downloading you have the option to combine pdf, but also this does not include the certificate audit trail Please help me

Possibility of transferring the eSignature licence to another user

Hello, I have received inquiry from one of user if it is possible to use a DocuSign licence of User X for another one - User Y since the User X will be temporarily OOO and User Y will use DocuSign only for couple of weeks. I have not run into this situation before and I have asked them if they meant that account for User Y should be opened with same level of access as User X has, and then to share envelopes with User Y, given that I see that as a potential solution with desirable outcome. However, before proceeding with addressing this request I wanted to check if someone has a different possible solution or information? Thank you in advance, Irena

hi, I used DocuSign Retrieve on my old laptop and I was provided a link for Docusign Retrieve so I could install it on my new laptop, but when I click on the link it tells me that the content does not exist or has been deleted or can't be previewed. I need to do an integration between Azure Active directory and Docusign for user provisioning. I need that once a user is provisioned in AD, AD should directly provision user in Docusign. It is different from Just in time provisioning. Is there a documentation where that is explained ?

Time Frame

Does DocuSign have the ability to put a time limit on how long a signer has to execute their signature on the contract docs? Example below Lesee (1st signee) - no time limit only the regular 90 days Witness (2nd Signee) - needs to sign the document within 1 hour after Lesee signed. Employer (3rd Signee) - no time limit only the regular 90 days
