I have installed Docusign from AppSource in my Sales app in CRM.

I want to use the functionality in custom entity not in OOB entity like account, contact etc.

Can we use it in the custom entity?

Do you see the option and can’t select it or does not even show?

Was the entity created with a system name prefix of "msdyn_,"? Our solution is coded to ignore it if it was.

Hi @nathaly.monge ,

I can’t see the option Go to DocuSign as shown below.
Locical name is “dsv_customtable”.
 

Even newly created table is also not showing in the Setting area.
