Basic Plan
Doesn’t the basic plan include 5 envelopes per month? If so why is my plan saying I ran out of envelopes in the month of October when I haven’t used any yet?

When is your account plan purchased? Envelope are reinstated once the account is renewed, for example, if you purchased the plan on September 17th, you will see a new batch of envelopes ready to be used until October 17th.
