When a new employee is signing trough Docusign, it´s very easy and didn´t need to legitimize with Bank ID.
Should it be that way, or can do add Bank ID in the process?

Thank you for clarifying.
To enable Bank ID a support agent would need to enable it for an extra cost on the back end, if you are interested please create a support case: https://support.docusign.com/en/contactSupport
