Hi,

When a new employee is signing trough Docusign, it´s very easy and didn´t need to legitimize with Bank ID. 

Should it be that way, or can do add Bank ID in the process?

I’m not quite understanding your question, can you clarify?

The usage of Bank ID would depend on your needs and how you or your company requests the documents to be signed if that is what you are asking.

Thank you for clarifying.

To enable Bank ID a support agent would need to enable it for an extra cost on the back end, if you are interested please create a support case: https://support.docusign.com/en/contactSupport
