I have created action in Dynamic 365 with Get Signatures step. I published that action and it is working fine. When I created one more action with Get Signature step and published. My first action is no longer visible under DocuSign options on record in Dynamics (print screens below). Any suggestions with this issue?Only one action published:Both actions published: 

I’m having issues integrating docusign into my power pages test environment.I was trying the developer account, followed the setup, but can’t enable the e-signature.Am I missing something?Would be grateful if anyone could help :)​​​​

My document has a radio button with four choices.  The signer clicks one of the radio buttons and signs the letter.  That works fine.  I then run Power Automate to save the signed letter in a Shaerpoint folder.  That works fine.  I have another Power Automate flow that reads information from the envelope and creates a record in a Sharepoint list.  This works fine as well.The only thing I can’t do is read values from the fields in the signed document.  I need to add the radio button value to the Sharepoint list together with the other envelope data.  Any ideas?

Hello I am using Docusign eSignature and DocGen. We have the Docusign enterprise pro for salesforce plan. Is it possible to group two checkboxes created in the Document Custom Fields section? I have created these and inserted them into the template but they act independently of each other. I need the person filling out the form to check either one option or the other, but not be able to select both. Also, I am having an issue when inserting a custom field for Title that the end user should fill in as it does not line up with where the tag is placed on the template. It seems that anytime I insert a field that the end-user has the ability to write-in, they are not aligned properly and require manual intervention. 

I am busy building a Power Automate flow with a demo connector and have fioudn that there are NO TEMPLATES in the demo environment to reference. I also have no abilty to create a template in the demo environment. Here is a snipped of the flow I am building as a POC.  List Templates return ZERO templates in the Demo Environment which means Step 2. Create envelope using template then fails as the template Id which is required for the step to execute is NULL. The quesiton is: How do I create/access templates in teh demo environmt?

Hello, I am trying to get the response of each of my recipients whenever they are signed. At the moment using the Power automate connector we could only receive the response once the envelope is completed. I tried using recipient-signed as custom value but no luck.  Is there a way to get the recipient response using the PA connector ? If yes how is it possible to do it ? Thanks

Hi,  this has been working up until the beginning of February, for the last 2 years or so. When a user in sharepoint selects a document to sign using docusign, they sign it, a Docusign folder is created and a copy of the signed document is stored in there.This process no longer works. The folder is no longer generated and the copy of document is no longer saved in Sharepoint?Any ideas?

The Docusign email should be sent from the business user’s name/email address.Currently Docusign email domain(*****@docusign.net) is sending notification emails to User. This can be updated by creating a custom domain with specific email address. Once custom domain is configured, emails would be sent through custom domain email address. Specfic Requirement :Is it possible to send Docusign email with the user who initiates docusign from Dynamics 365 crm. The power automate connectors have Account value to fill which expects Docusign Account details and CRM User details cannot be filled there. Emails must be send with the business user email id instead of docusign domain or custom domain.

Hey!I have users trying to send out of Salesforce but keep getting this error - however, as an admin, I can send without the error populating. We’re using docusign esignature for CPQ v2.2 if that matters - Anyone ever seen this?

I have completed an agreement via docusign. I have uploaded a file with word files embedded in the document. Once the agreement signed, the attachments or the embedded files are unable to open in the signed docusign file. I tried to check the envelope and see if I could find the original file in word file or try to open the attachment I'm the file, but all I see is the signed pdf file in my dashboard. Anyone knows what to do to let the parties has the access to the attachment?  Thanks. 

I previously asked a question about the Pre-fill Tools fields and how to populate them using docusign. I got this working but I misunderstood the use case for them, they dont fit my requirement.  I have a form with a number of standard fields and I would like to fill them before sending to the signer. I have been able to use the ‘Get recipient tabs from envelope’ to get a list of all my fields e.g. I have a standard field in the form called OrgName. Here I am using the action ‘Get recipient tabs from envelope’ { "tabType": "text", "value": "", "tabLabel": "OrgName", "documentId": "1", "tabId": "6367e668-ac81-462f-862b-26d204458056", "recipientId": "1" },I would like to populate this with text in power automate before sending the envelope

Hi,We have been using Docusign with Dynamics 365 Sales for a number of years. We had not upgraded from version 6 and recently attempted to upgrade to the current version, which apparently cannot be done without uninstalling version 6 and re-installing to the current.  We have now done this many times and in the process No Docusign shortcuts are added to the sitemap.  I managed to manually add a URL directly to Docusign and the admin page was then accessible and I set-up the integration.  However, for reasons I do not understand, this was not enduring and the connection was once again lost and we cannot access in the same way (by manually adding the URL).  I have also attempted logging in through the Configuration page and have attempted to manually add configuration details into the Configuration table, but this has also been unsuccessful.   I have contacted support now multiple times and have no response to date.  Has anyone else suffered from this issue and found a re

when using this integration with google drive, I select the PDF.  add the recipient (I should never be one). click next and then next and next and next.. I am up to 30 and still no window to fill out the fields to send to signer. Why?

Hi I am unabe to create merge field in Docusign Salesfroce. Getting Error : This Account lacks sufficient permissions to use Merge Fields.FYI : I have a eSignatureBusiness pro plan.Also unable to get the correct link to log a case for this issue.    

I’m having an issue where the trigger “When envelope status changes” is not being fired. It seems this is because there’s no connection established between DocuSign and Power Automate. I understand that a connection needs to be set up, but I’m not sure whether this is based on webhooks or if there’s another way to get the trigger working. Any insights would be appreciated!Any links or tutorials on how to set up a webhook to connect DocuSign with the Microsoft Power Platform would be really helpful as well. Thanks in advance!

We are configuring a Docusign Demo\UAT CLM Account to be integrated with a Salesforce Sandbox Organization.The issue we are having is that after we have successfully gone through the 2 steps of logging into Salesforce using our Salesforce integration user & also logging into Docusign using our Docusign integration user. When we go to map a Salesforce object via the DAL. The process just spins & it never completes. Good morning I hope all is well! Seeking some assistance with a DocuSign issue in our environment that is impacting all users who are using the classic desktop classic version of Outlook. Once they click on the DocuSign plugin in their outlook, it doesn’t grab the attachments in the email, so you had to manually add the attachments but when you do that and try to proceed with sign now, you are hit with an error and all it says it “Something Went Wrong” with no other context at all. Interestingly enough, if we have the users on “New Outlook” the DocuSign plugin does work but this opens up another can of worms as the experience in this “New Outlook” isn’t the greatest and is missing out on some key features that our end users to rely on with this being needed for Judges and Public Safety personnel. I do know that this year Microsoft is going to be retiring a number of services and i’m wondering if this could be a result one of those like Oauth?

Hi I am new to DocuSign. I am trying to create a flow in Power Automate which will create an envelope using an existing template and then it will add a document to this envelope while applying the template to the document. It will then add recipients and send out the envelope.  I have created the following flow to accomplish this:   The issue is that the above flow is unable to apply the template to the added document. The final result is that the added document is appended to the sample document that is already there in the template. The fields are there in the sample document however, the added document does not have any fields. So, it seems like the template was not applied to the added document.  Is there a way to apply the template to the added document such that it has all the fields f

We have use RLM (Revenue Cloud) and for revenue cloud quote object need to enable docusign, so can i enable docusign for quote object without requiring docusign app launcher app. if yes can you pls guide me and provide steps.
