Using eSignature for SalesForce latest version we receive the following in the DocuSign Files section:
Docusign Negotiate is not configured for your account.

I do have DocuSign Document Negotiator permissions.

Hello @DaveOz,

Thanks for reaching out here in the Docusign Community—great to have you here!

The message “Docusign Negotiate is not configured for your account” appears because Docusign has discontinued the Negotiate feature for new customers starting with DAL 4.3. This means new users cannot enable or use the Negotiate anymore.

If you see this, it’s likely because the “Docusign Files” component—which is specific to Negotiate—is still added to your Salesforce case page. To fix this, simply remove the “Docusign Files” from the page layout.

Thank you for following up.  I marked your reply as the best answer, and I appreciate your reply.  Turns out we were looking for attachments in the DocuSign files pane when they won’t be there because we are not using your CLM solution.  The PDF’s are ending up in “Notes and Attachments” and “Files” on the Salesforce Opportunity.
