Question

We are encountering the error "You must have Docusign administrator permissions to perform this operation" when attempting to open the Docusign Apps Launcher in our Salesforce sandbox environment.We have administrator access in our Docusign demo/sandbox account, but the error persists.Could you assist with this issue or direct us to the appropriate support contact?
