We need to send some envelopes with ICP-Brasil digital certificates. However, this must be done through the Docusign Apps Launcher (Salesforce). Is this feature available? If not, is there another way to do this?

Yes, it is possible to send envelopes using ICP-Brasil digital signatures within Salesforce through either of the following methods:

  • Utilizing the "Place Field" section in the DocuSign App Launcher (DAL)

  • Directly modifying the DocuSign eSignature template to incorporate the ICP-Brasil signature for the intended recipient
