Microsoft quarantining "dangerous" emails from docusign.net

I am a security admin for our Microsoft 365 account. Today all emails from dse_na4@docusign.net are being stripped and held due to “containing malicious URL”. These emails appear to be legit. They are related to envelopes actively in the signing process, and we have verified that the document activity attached matches what we see when logging directly in via DocuSign.com. When browsing directly to www.docusign.net, our browsers are also flagging docusign.net as a dangerous/malicious website. The combination of MS and browsers flagging as dangerous has us concerned, and we have asked our users to pause use of DocuSign momentarily until we can confirm. Is there any currently known active threat that is being managed on the docusign.net domain? Thanks!

Conga Composer/Docusign - Docusign Envelope Template in Salesforce Template File attachment

Hello Community, I hope you all doing well and maybe someone can help me out, because googling, asking coworkers and reading brought no solution. What I try to achieve: I created a Template (docx-Word) for Conga Composer and field all the data fields and integrated a query. After the file is created (now PDF) it should be send via docusign to some contacts. So I took the docx-Word Template, wrote down all the Anchor Tags and placed them via docusign during the creation of a docusign Envelope Template in Salesforce. The problem is now, when I use the button for sending, which I created with docusign, the file which I used to create the Envelope Template is also attached to the Envelope and the created PDF file. When I delete the, so to say, Sourcefile, all the automatically assigned fields in the PDF I like to send out to the customer are deleted. When I dont delete the file or deselect it, its going to send with the Envelope. So instead of one file, the customer recieves two files to s

How can you create a link to send the same doc to multple people? It makes me enter an email and name but I am sending the same doc to multiple people so I dont want to enter the name and emaiil.

How to have multiple documents in an envelope but only require signature on one?

Hello, I am working on a Power Automate flow in which two documents are sent to the recipient. One document is a PDF packet that contains multiple pages of information for the recipient, this document does not need to be signed, only viewed. The other document is a docx file that contains a page which needs to be signed. I am having trouble creating a power automate flow in which both of these documents can be sent together in one envelope, with only one requiring a signature. Is this possible?

Adding signers after Generating a document

Hi, We are using a custom URL For button when when we go to ‘Send Agreement’ after we generate the documents, it asks us to add the signing groups and users individually. We would like to have a certain set of users already added so our end users will follow the correct process. Would also like to add a custom email message. We have this all set up with our current templates in DocuSign Apps Launcher but we are unsure how to get it to work with DocuSign Gen. Any insight? Document Custom Field Checkbox Group

I am wondering if it is possible to group custom document checkbox fields in a DocuGen template using xml. I am creating the individual checkboxes as document custom fields with the autoplace text to insert in the word template and need to be able to group these checkboxes.

Unable to open word attachments embedded word file in the signed document

I have completed an agreement via docusign. I have uploaded a file with word files embedded in the document. Once the agreement signed, the attachments or the embedded files are unable to open in the signed docusign file. I tried to check the envelope and see if I could find the original file in word file or try to open the attachment I'm the file, but all I see is the signed pdf file in my dashboard. Anyone knows what to do to let the parties has the access to the attachment? Thanks.

How to populate a table in docusign template

Our client is integrating ServiceNow with Docusign for a form signature flow. Created a docusign template and assigned all the necessary fields to recipients. The template has a table and it needs to be populated with data from ServiceNow and the number of rows in that table is also dynamic and determined by the data from ServiceNow. I need help on how to configure this table in template whether to create each row as custom field and assign it a label or is there a better way to configure it.

Hello , I had a rule setup in docusign to send all signed documents from a specific user to sharepoing folder, its returning error from last couple of days with error code :not found . I re-mapped the sharepoing site/folder. Is there a way to re run the rule so failed documents can be submitted to the designated folder Thanks,

DocuSign License Custom connector Requirement for Power Automate

We suddenly started facing below issues after the trial license changed. Eventhough client has E5 license assigned they are facing below issue while using docusign connector for sending envelope in power automate. Is it mandatory to assign Powerapps Plan2 trial to the users with E5 licenses ? Custom folder location - site not available from list of SP sites

We have installed DocuSign for SharePoint on a site collection. Up until recently we had a custom folder setup and working, for some reason this is no longer working. I suspect that somebody perhaps changed a setting. When I go into “Manage DocuSign Administration Settings” and change the option to store signed documents in a custom folder, I am presented with a list of SharePoint sites, but for some strange reason I do not see my site listed. I’m now unable to select my site, the document library and the custom folder that we were using previously. Has anyone encountered this issue before? I see lots of SP sites to select but none of them are the correct site.

Issues with DocuSign Integration in Workday Sandbox Environment

During testing of DocuSign in our Workday Sandbox environment, I’ve encountered a few issues I need help with: Email Notifications: Emails are being sent to my Outlook when both the hiring manager and candidate are viewing or signing the offer letter, which works as expected. Candidate Portal Issue: However, after the candidate signs and submits the offer letter, the completed application does not appear in the Candidate Portal. Profile Status Issue: Even after the offer letter is signed and submitted, the candidate profile in the sandbox still shows the status as "Awaiting Candidate Signature." I suspect this may be related to the fact that I used a DocuSign developer account to authenticate with the Workday Sandbox environment. I opted for the developer account to avoid impacting the production environment during testing, but I’m unsure if that’s causing these issues. Is there a known issue when using a DocuSign developer account in the Sandbox? How can we ensure the sandbox environm

Unable to read DocuSign Envelope Recipient Status records from Salesforce Record triggered flow

Hi, Is it possible to trigger events based on a specific recipient signing the envelope (DocuSign eSignature for Salesforce)? Example: Contract goes to two people a) Client b) Sales Manager Update a salesforce field as soon as the client signs, even though the envelope is not complete. I tried with a salesforce record triggered flow to see if there is any update to the DocuSign Recipient Status record. And a decision to check the Routing order and the Status. So that, I can perform my logic to update the field based on the decision outcome. But somehow it does not work. Can anyone please help me on this? Appreciate your support on this. Thanks!

Docusign email: cannot access it twice

Hi Everyone, I have an issue with the docusign email I am received for signature. I can only access them once. If I do not sign it right away and had to re-open the email later on, it just all greyed out. I do not have access to the link anymore. Is there any solution to this issue?
