Hello! I am using Microsoft Word with the Template Assistant for creating engagement letters. I have realized that when I use the Template Assistant and have applied contingency rules, there is extra spacing where the “hidden” contingent paragraphs are. Does anyone have a solution for this so that we do not have to backtrack every time to fix spacing and formatting? Thank you!

Hello All, I am super new to Docusign and I am a Salesforce Administrator. I have a new user to set up for a docusign generator. I have assigned them all the permissions in SF and created an account for them in docusign. They stated they received the email and activated the account, which is true since I see the status as “active” on their profile.However, they are still receiving this error code- Am I missing a step? Not sure where else to go or what to do. I de-activated the account and will try again today. Any insight would be appreciated.
Hello,We are using Zoom with the DocuSign Integration and we are having an issue where at the end of the signing process, a user is tasked with entering in their email and for some reason, it will only allow them to enter in a few characters and then it freezes. Our leads then take control over the session and finish it. Any ideas on this? Thanks
I am displaying related opportunity line items data in a table using TableRow for an opportunity. Number of rows depend on number of opportunity line item records for an opportunity. I want to calculate grand total of TotalPrice column for all the opportunity line items which are displayed dynamically. As i don’t know how many rows i will get in the table, how do i proceed with the formula field? In formula field set up, i don’t see such option anywhere. Any help is much appreciated!

We are trying to install these two applications in the Salesforce partial sandbox: Docusign Gen for Salesforce and Docusign eSignature for Salesforce, but we only have the option to install them in production. Is this a limitation of the apps, or are we missing something?Our user is an admin in the Salesforce partial environment and has all the necessary permissions.Could it be that we need to first install the packages in production, and then it will allow us to install them in the partial sandbox? We would like to test the functionality before releasing it to production.Looking forward to any valuable information on this.Thank you!Arina
I need a way to keep the envelopes sent by an ex-employee to be updated when completed, even when the Salesforce user is deactivated.I have tried transferring the envelopes to an existing employee, whose Salesforce user is still active. I republished all these envelopes.Then I deactivated the ex employee. The document was then signed. On DocuSign, I can see that the envelope is marked as completed. But on Salesforce it is still marked as ‘Sent’.Do you have a way or an idea why even after the envelope transfer, it is not updated when completed on Salesforce?Thank you
A member of our C-level team would like to send a group of people an email from within our business email account with a link to a docusign document and also an attachment that is for information only. Is there a way to do that? The document we’re sending for signature requires some explanation, and the sender prefers that the document come from his email address. Thanks for your help. I have (What i think is) a really simple requestI have a Docusign Template I want to register new suppliers. When an envelope status changes to completed, I want to be able to extract the data from the docusign document such as ‘Entity name’, ‘GST Status’, ‘ABN Number’ etc Once I have this data, populate a SharePoint List with the respective infoUsing the Docusign Power Automate actions, I have tried almost every action, and a combination of Tabs, Custom Fields etc.Nothing seems to work!Can someone please advise what actions / methods I need to use for this?
