We suddenly started facing below issues after the trial license changed. Eventhough client has E5 license assigned they are facing below issue while using docusign connector for sending envelope in power automate. Is it mandatory to assign Powerapps Plan2 trial to the users with E5 licenses ?

Welcome to the Docusign Community and thank you for posting your concerns!

Can you try reauthenticating the connection between Power Automate and DocuSign. To do this you will need to go into connections of your flow and sign the connector in again. Also, make sure the account you are signing into is an admin account.

Thanks for your response but this thing is already done. We have one user who can go through but other users facing below issue

After further investigation it seems like the error you are getting is from Microsoft’s side. I recommend you reach out to them for further assistance if you haven’t already.
