Hi Everyone, 

I have an issue with the docusign email I am received for signature.

I can only access them once. If I do not sign it right away and had to re-open the email later on, it just all greyed out. I do not have access to the link anymore.

Is there any solution to this issue?

 All links to envelopes that do not have a Recipient Authentication Access Code, SMS, or Single Sign-On (SSO) login requirements applied by the sender will expire after 5 clicks or 48 hours. Envelopes with Recipient Authentication applied will not be impacted by link expiration. Note: This behavior can be affected by the Security Settings on your account. See the Best Practices section for more information.
