Hi Docusign Team, We have configured a PDF form on the Review Documents step and we need to add some validation to the percentage box in that form that user should not enter more than 100% in it, is there anyway to add validations to the boxes in the form? Tried adding it on the PDF but when configured the PDF on Review docs, the validations are lost. Thanks

Hello, I am integrating the signing of documents with DocuSign in Power Automate, and I would like to know if there is a way to receive the signed document in a Power Automate flow after it has been signed, so I can store it in my SharePoint and send it to multiple email addresses. Hello, In Power automate I have a flow to sign through Docusign. In my template I have some tabs that the user have to fill in info. My question is, can I fetch these info (their values) and use them later? For example from the screenshot, can I get the ‘testText’ value?  

Hi Everyone - Long time lurker - first time poster. We have OLDer, retired packages that seemed to have bit the dust this week - We have docusign for esignature and docusign for Salesforce CPQ (Retired) - We have about 80 CPQ quote templates and recently, users are getting an infinite screen load when clicking on “Send with Docusign” from the quote.As a workaround, I’ve removed the “Review before sending” from all quote templates (but i hate this for user experience) - but it works. No one wants to help because packages are retired so I get it - but my question is - for everyone using CPQ and Docusign and had to migrate to DAL (which we do have but we only use for SF billing w/ Doc Gen) - is it possible to build the same button/user experience? Can I use the quote templates I’ve already built? Anyone with any guidance? 

I have been using DocuSign for over a year now to sign off month end files as PDFs for audit and SOx compliance, but this month I have noticed that one of the Excel files I uploaded and converted to a PDF is only showing 49 pages in the PDF whereas the Excel file has 52 pages and the missing three pages are the final three tabs from the Excel file. I have never had this issue before with any of the hundreds of files that I have uploaded and converted so I am stuck on how I can resolve this issue.Thanks in advance for any advice !

We are new to SharePoint and would like to allow our users to drag and drop their documents from SharePoint into DocuSign.The current workaround is to download the document from SharePoint to the desktop and then we are able to drag and drop into DocuSign.We found the app for SharePoint to integrate DocuSign, and our Administrator gave it permission, but it is not available in SharePoint like the online help said it would.   We are using MicroSoft 365. 

I missed a docusign signature request because the gmail app on my android phone routed it to the “Updates” section instead of “Primary” email.  Can anyone tell me how to fix this?If I open “All mail” it shows up, but it is not in my primary inbox.  I generally don’t check “Updates” frequently since all I get is Carta noticesThanks everyone!

I have a template created with 5 recipients / role names (no emails and no names are mentioned) and respective tabs are assigned on the template like Name, signature, Date signed to all those. Have a signing order mentioned for those recipients I have a integration with servicenow. Servicenow Docusign espoke has an action called Add Recipient it will take Role Name , Recipient ID ,email and name as inputs and add recipients. I have to add multiple users as recipients for one Role name. For example :Role Name : Event Approval I have to send this approval to 3 users and need signature from anyone of those 3 users. If one approves, will remove other recipients from the envelope as I cannot mark the status as void for individual recipients.The problem I am facing is everytime i add a recipient with same Role Name , Recipient Id and routing order  Docusign is not considering it as parallel approvals and assigning the signing order correctly. Hi, I am developing a Power Automate flow that integrates DocuSign for managing multiple file uploads or attachments from SharePoint. In this flow: One of the documents requires a DocuSign signature, and I have successfully implemented this step. However, for the remaining PDF files that need to be reviewed by the approver, I am unable to send these documents to the approver.  I am encountering an error in the "Add Documents to an Envelope" action. Below, I have outlined the steps I followed in my flow and the issues I am facing. I would appreciate any guidance or suggestions to resolve this issue. Thank you!

Hi there,Newby question - Are there any Docusign add-ins available for MS Outlook or common PDF readers such as Adobe Acrobat or MS Edge? I’m basically wanting to create an envelope directly from these apps rather than having to import a file into Docusign itself.Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Hi, We have DocGen and have a Dutch and English version of a document and we want the merge fields to merge in with the right translation or right format like currency and date. One of the fields that needs to be merged is a picklist and we translated it in the translation workbench. However, when we select the Dutch Locale it still shows the English translation and not the Dutch.  For some fields (currency or date) you can set the Date Format  But since this is a picklist I cannot.    when I set my user local to Dutch and the Language to Dutch(Nederlands) it works fine. But we don’t want user to have to switch their Locale or Language. It should work via the translation. How can we solve this?

Hello,I am currently implementing DocuSign integration with Workday and testing it in the demo environment. However, I’ve encountered two issues: There are two signers in the flow — the first signer is from the company, and the second is external. While there is a defined signing order, the external signer is not receiving any email notification to sign the document. I have already unchecked the “Suppress email to embedded signers” option and enabled the “Send completion” option. Despite this, only the final email (once the document is signed by both parties) is being sent. How can he receive the email to “sign the document” Is there a way to make a checkbox mandatory to tick during this process? Thank you for your help!Best regards,Liora

Hi, We use DocuSign from SAP Ariba Contract Workspace, however it feels restricting as I cannot use my DocuSign templates.We use a task in Ariba that allows to send the document for signature but it asks for who should sign regardless of our templates.Is there another way to get executed contracts stored in Ariba than this way? (I don’t necessarily need to initiate from Ariba).

On the document that we import from our system there are options for the customer to tick a box to say that they want to opt in to future information, Please can you advise how I go about setting this up on our document ?

We currently have DocuSign and we also have the Salesforce app installed so that we can send contract directly from within salesforce.  I have a question i am struggling to get answered. I understand there is a 'Fax Documents for Signature' feature - https://support.docusign.com/s/document-item?language=en_US&rsc_301&bundleId=gav1643676262430&topicId=nry1578456314231.html&_LANG=enus But what i need to know is can we use this through the salesforce integration? The documentation points to how to change from email to fax when you are sending the envelope from the website login.  Whereas in salesforce we have a 'Send with Docusign' button, do we have the option to select if we want this to be emailed or faxed? 

Hi, I’ve been having any issue in trying to activate Docusign on Microsoft Word for a user.The error message received “Please try again or Contact IT. The user lacks sufficient permission to access this resource”Scenario: User already has DS Sender access granted and was able to sign documents that is received on Docusign Portal. Issue only occurs when trying to sign documents directly from Microsoft Word. > Docusign for Microsoft Word was installed without a hitch> Sign-in was successful as MFA prompt was seen cleared from our end.> But user is receiving the notification the error message mentioned in the third line. Additional note: Have tried to install Docusign from AppSource, if it makes any difference, but it still generates an error messsage, albeit a different one, “Please try again or Contact IT. Hi, I'm working in Salesforce. I have created a template with DocGen which has the value \s1\ in it. This should be the Anchor text tag to put the signing box in the document. However, when I'm in the singing process, the box doesn't appear when I'm in the “Prepare & Send’ stage. I still see \s1\ in the document. We want to create a dynamic document where we can completely automate the process of signing. So when the document is ready we want to upload it and the signing box should appear with the anchor text.Does somebody now a fix?Thanks in advance!

I am a security admin for our Microsoft 365 account. Today all emails from dse_na4@docusign.net are being stripped and held due to “containing malicious URL”. These emails appear to be legit. They are related to envelopes actively in the signing process, and we have verified that the document activity attached matches what we see when logging directly in via DocuSign.com. When browsing directly to www.docusign.net, our browsers are also flagging docusign.net as a dangerous/malicious website. The combination of MS and browsers flagging as dangerous has us concerned, and we have asked our users to pause use of DocuSign momentarily until we can confirm.Is there any currently known active threat that is being managed on the docusign.net domain?Thanks!

I am experiencing issues with my developer account while trying to connect it to Power Automate flow in D365.

Hello Community,I hope you all doing well and maybe someone can help me out, because googling, asking coworkers and reading brought no solution. What I try to achieve: I created a Template (docx-Word) for Conga Composer and field all the data fields and integrated a query. After the file is created (now PDF) it should be send via docusign to some contacts.So I took the docx-Word Template, wrote down all the Anchor Tags and placed them via docusign during the creation of a docusign Envelope Template in Salesforce.The problem is now, when I use the button for sending, which I created with docusign, the file which I used to create the Envelope Template is also attached to the Envelope and the created PDF file. When I delete the, so to say, Sourcefile, all the automatically assigned fields in the PDF I like to send out to the customer are deleted. When I dont delete the file or deselect it, its going to send with the Envelope. So instead of one file, the customer recieves two files to sign

How can you create a link to send the same doc to multple people?  It makes me enter an email and name but I am sending the same doc to multiple people so I dont want to enter the name and emaiil.
