Hi Team, We have currently setup Docusign integration via Dynamics 365 for our client, However we are facing challenges in the below two scenarios and any guidance on the same would be appreciated. There is a Dynamics 365 workflow that we have configured to create an envelope, add sharepoint document to the envelope, add recipients to the envelope with signing order and role. However we are looking for automating the system to update a D365 record when the first recipient signs and then when the second recipient signs. However as per our observation the Docusign transaction envelope status changes to Sent when the email is sent to the first recipient and changes to completed only when second recipient signs. Is there a way to identify if first recipient has signed the document by workflow? We did see that there is a Get recipient status action for power automate, however we are just going simple docusign workflow automation with this one.

Hello, DocuSign eSignature for Salesforce admins, I am working on building a DocuSign envelope template inside Salesforce using DocuSign App Launcher(DAL), in this template, I have a requirement to pre-populate data into the document from three sources, the source object itself, its parent record, and its child record. I could add merging fields for the source record, and its parent record, but my question here is for children, if the source record has multiple children, how does DocuSign know which child record to retrieve the data from it? Is it the most recent child record or the first created one or what? Hi,We’re experiencing an issue with our DocuSign and Salesforce integration and could use some assistance or pointing in the right direction of why this may be occuring.Here’s our setup:We have linked specific DocuSign templates to types of Opportunities in Salesforce. These templates can be launched directly within the Opportunity page layout in Salesforce.The Issue:On the DocuSign template itself (within DocuSign), we’ve configured the recipient authentication method to Phone Authentication. The file size limit in eSignature being 25MB really limits the use of PA in such cases.

DocuSign has ‘Payment Item’ tag when we generate it from DocuSign eSignature.In the link below, they have mentioned tags like ‘vlcSignHere1’ but there is no tag for Payment Item. Hi Team, I have installed the appexchange product ‘Docusign eSignature for Salesforce’  in my personal developer salesforce org. After i authorize with salesforce credentials, in second step/tab when i try to authorize ‘DocuSign’ its saying invalid password. However if I use the same credentials to login directly into Docusign its working fine. Do i need to connect salesforce or establish the connect from Docusign or from within Salesforce screen?Your quick response is highly appreciated. Thanks,Raj Burugupally

Hi,When accessing the DocuSign App Launcher in Salesforce Partial SB, it displays a loading screen but doesn't redirect to the setup page. However, it works correctly in the production environment. Does anyone have suggestions on how to resolve this issue?Thank you.

I have a power automate flow that is triggered when a docusign envelope is signed. The flow extracts the information and signed pdf, then saves to a sharepoint library.  Is it possible to separately retrieve attachments that the signer has uploaded? i.e. not one long pdf but individual files? 

Does anyone know why the "Adopt Your Signature" section in DocuSign shows only the First Name and Last Name for Japanese signers, instead of their Full Name? Is there a way to configure it to display the full name for Japanese signers?Additionally, while integrating with Workday, I’ve noticed that the First Name and Last Name fields don’t populate correctly.Any insights or solutions would be greatly appreciated!

We have a fairly simple Power Automate flow that creates an envelope, adds documents and then sends to Docusign. We can get this flow to repeat multiple times without any issues when testing.But after a period of time (I can’t say exactly when as we don’t run the flow often enough) the account we are using with Power Automate loses connection with Docusign, this causes the flow to fail.I’m not sure if we are missing something really obvious regarding the way we authorising and logging into Docusign.

Is there a way to retrieve the template id or any template info when dealing with a completed document in Power Automate? I am looking to retrieve this info to then filter the documents into specific folders when uploading to SharePoint.

Hi! I am using the Docusign Word add-in to create templates for contracts. These contracts require that all dates be written out in full, like "January 14, 2025."My team has asked if it's possible to set up date fields that allow users to select a date from a little calendar picker but have the selected date automatically appear in the document in the written-out format.Does anyone know if this functionality is possible within Docusign, or have suggestions for a workaround? I'm currently working on integrating DocuSign with Workday, and I've encountered an issue when opening the signing screen for Japanese users. The names and initials are being displayed incorrectly, deviating from the expected format.Here’s the issue:For Japanese users, the signing screen is not respecting the correct name order or initials, which should align with local conventions.Has anyone experienced this before or knows how to resolve it? Hello. I created power automate, using Docusign action. I have tested some runs and looks like if the recipients are registered Docusign users, they have no problem of receiving documents but it won’t send to the recipients who are not registered to Docusign. (People who do not have license.)Has someone experienced this problem? If so, is there any solution? Thank you!

Our instance of DocuSign in integrated with Salesforce. I am trying to build a template document in Word and am having issues with the SuppressTableRow merge tag. I need to build logic that will suppress a table row if field RBD1 has the same value as R90BD1 AND RNEGD1 has the same value as R90NEGD1. This merge tag was suggested by AI but it’s not working.
