Hi! I am using the Docusign Word add-in to create templates for contracts. These contracts require that all dates be written out in full, like "January 14, 2025."My team has asked if it's possible to set up date fields that allow users to select a date from a little calendar picker but have the selected date automatically appear in the document in the written-out format.Does anyone know if this functionality is possible within Docusign, or have suggestions for a workaround? Thank you!

The names and initials are being displayed incorrectly, deviating from the expected format.Here’s the issue:For Japanese users, the signing screen is not respecting the correct name order or initials, which should align with local conventions.Has anyone experienced this before or knows how to resolve it? Any advice on configuring DocuSign to ensure consistent formatting for all users—especially for Japanese users—would be greatly appreciated!

Hello. I created power automate, using Docusign action. I have tested some runs and looks like if the recipients are registered Docusign users, they have no problem of receiving documents but it won’t send to the recipients who are not registered to Docusign. (People who do not have license.)Has someone experienced this problem? If so, is there any solution? Thank you! 

I am trying to get Quote and Product entity data fields from D365 into DocuSign Template but when creating a process in D365 you can only choose a single entity like Quote so I can Merge Quote data fields but not able to Merge Products data fields related to the Quote during the Create a New Dynamics Process step using the guide Merge Data Fields from Microsoft Dynamics to a Docusign TemplateHow can I achieve this any idea?

Our instance of DocuSign in integrated with Salesforce. I am trying to build a template document in Word and am having issues with the SuppressTableRow merge tag. I need to build logic that will suppress a table row if field RBD1 has the same value as R90BD1 AND RNEGD1 has the same value as R90NEGD1. This merge tag was suggested by AI but it’s not working. I'm a Salesforce Admin, I implemented DocuSign in SF, and users can generate documents and send them to their clients. There's a specific Salesforce user that is receiving this error message: "The DocuSign credentials entered do not map to a user on the DocuSign Account connected to this Salesforce org."In Salesforce, I checked the User Management section in the DocuSign Setup, and his user looks good (Status=Active)Also, I checked in the DocuSign account (https://admin.docusign.com/users) and he's also showing up here with Status=Active.Any advice on how to fix this error so this user can generate documents in Salesforce?Thanks!

I’m using Salesforce/Conga Composer/Docusign integration and would like to see if there is a way to add a Text box so that the signer can add a response during the signing process. To my knowledge with the Salesforce/Conga Composer/Docusign integration it has to use tags and I’m not sure if there is one to have a text box.

In Docusign connect with Salesforce we use specific user which is system admin in salesforce , we want to switch it to Integration user with Integration license .  We created the Integration User in Salesforce with Integration license then went to Docusign->Admin-> Connect->Edit Salesforce Connect-> Reconfigure login-> Salesforce Environment: Test, Salesforce SOAP Web Services API Version: 39, Salesforce Login Method: We put Username , password & security token of Integration user and click on connect, we get an error popup "An error occurred while updating the connect configuration" So We want to ask can we use integration user instead of System admin user? If yes why we getting the error as aforementioned, any additional steps needed to be followed before making the change?

when using power automate to create a docusign envelope, the envelope gets created and saved to my drafts folder- if our account has sharing enabled, how do I change the status of envelope to shared from draft within the workflow?  I don’t want to automatically send the envelope out for signing without manual/human review.  I am still in the process of adding anchor tags to all my template docs, so the fields still need to be manually created for the recipients prior to sending.

Hi Docusign Team, We have configured a PDF form on the Review Documents step and we need to add some validation to the percentage box in that form that user should not enter more than 100% in it, is there anyway to add validations to the boxes in the form? Tried adding it on the PDF but when configured the PDF on Review docs, the validations are lost. Thanks

Hello, In Power automate I have a flow to sign through Docusign. In my template I have some tabs that the user have to fill in info. My question is, can I fetch these info (their values) and use them later? For example from the screenshot, can I get the ‘testText’ value?  

Hi Everyone - Long time lurker - first time poster. We have OLDer, retired packages that seemed to have bit the dust this week - We have docusign for esignature and docusign for Salesforce CPQ (Retired) - We have about 80 CPQ quote templates and recently, users are getting an infinite screen load when clicking on “Send with Docusign” from the quote.As a workaround, I’ve removed the “Review before sending” from all quote templates (but i hate this for user experience) - but it works. No one wants to help because packages are retired so I get it - but my question is - for everyone using CPQ and Docusign and had to migrate to DAL (which we do have but we only use for SF billing w/ Doc Gen) - is it possible to build the same button/user experience? Can I use the quote templates I’ve already built? Anyone with any guidance? 

I have been using DocuSign for over a year now to sign off month end files as PDFs for audit and SOx compliance, but this month I have noticed that one of the Excel files I uploaded and converted to a PDF is only showing 49 pages in the PDF whereas the Excel file has 52 pages and the missing three pages are the final three tabs from the Excel file. I have never had this issue before with any of the hundreds of files that I have uploaded and converted so I am stuck on how I can resolve this issue.Thanks in advance for any advice !

We are new to SharePoint and would like to allow our users to drag and drop their documents from SharePoint into DocuSign.The current workaround is to download the document from SharePoint to the desktop and then we are able to drag and drop into DocuSign.We found the app for SharePoint to integrate DocuSign, and our Administrator gave it permission, but it is not available in SharePoint like the online help said it would.   We are using MicroSoft 365. 

I missed a docusign signature request because the gmail app on my android phone routed it to the “Updates” section instead of “Primary” email.  Can anyone tell me how to fix this?If I open “All mail” it shows up, but it is not in my primary inbox.  I generally don’t check “Updates” frequently since all I get is Carta noticesThanks everyone!

I have a template created with 5 recipients / role names (no emails and no names are mentioned) and respective tabs are assigned on the template like Name, signature, Date signed to all those. Have a signing order mentioned for those recipients I have a integration with servicenow. Servicenow Docusign espoke has an action called Add Recipient it will take Role Name , Recipient ID ,email and name as inputs and add recipients. I have to add multiple users as recipients for one Role name. For example :Role Name : Event Approval I have to send this approval to 3 users and need signature from anyone of those 3 users. If one approves, will remove other recipients from the envelope as I cannot mark the status as void for individual recipients.The problem I am facing is everytime i add a recipient with same Role Name , Recipient Id and routing order  Docusign is not considering it as parallel approvals and assigning the signing order correctly. Hi, I am developing a Power Automate flow that integrates DocuSign for managing multiple file uploads or attachments from SharePoint. In this flow: One of the documents requires a DocuSign signature, and I have successfully implemented this step. However, for the remaining PDF files that need to be reviewed by the approver, I am unable to send these documents to the approver.  I am encountering an error in the "Add Documents to an Envelope" action. Hi there,Newby question - Are there any Docusign add-ins available for MS Outlook or common PDF readers such as Adobe Acrobat or MS Edge?
