Can I correct an email address of the last signer after the document has been sent and already signed by other signers? Is not showing the option of "Correct" even when one of the signers never received the email

@GCM

If the person has not signed - then ‘correct’ should be an option. Are you the original sender? I believe only the original sender (or ‘owner’ of the envelope if it was transferred) can correct an envelope.

You can also try the other troubleshooting steps:

Use a different browser

Clear Cookies

Use a mobile phone with wifi - or on network (try each)

Log out and back in

If you have a VPN try accessing the envelope with VPN turned off

Reboot the computer

good luck

Hi mr1!
One of the persons never signed as never got the email (the email is wrong). Im the original sender and is not giving option of “correct” in any device.
In the phone app gives me the opcion off “Duplicate” and send a new one with new information or just “Cancell”

thank you for the response.

@GCM

that’s odd. Is there a box marked ‘more’? Or the three dots/lines that will give further options? I don’t use the mobile so I’m not what you’re seeing.

this is a link for the DocuSign FAQ, maybe there’s something useful there…

good lcuk
