How can I pre-populate fields using information from Google Sheets?

We have a google form that is filled from Slack and goes to Google Sheets, from there we want a template sent out with certain fields assigned to the recipient to fill out. Currently it only sends out an empty template with no fields assigned to the recipient to fill out.

SAP Ariba x DocuSign eSign Templates

Hi, We use DocuSign from SAP Ariba Contract Workspace, however it feels restricting as I cannot use my DocuSign templates.We use a task in Ariba that allows to send the document for signature but it asks for who should sign regardless of our templates.Is there another way to get executed contracts stored in Ariba than this way? (I don’t necessarily need to initiate from Ariba).

Hubspot Integration: View only?

Hello Community,I am wondering if anyone has insights around what type of permission, if any are required if we want all HubSpot users to be able to see the “DocuSign Integration” module that reflects Document Status? Is this possible or are those users with a license the only ones that have view access?

Hi All, I'm trying to create a DocuSign sign flow with template, while sending an envelope from the flow it is giving me below error:It appears that the error occurred in the 'Send_envelope' operation. The error message suggests that a template ID cannot be used for an envelope operation. To fix this error, you should check the 'Create_envelope_using_template' operation and ensure that the correct parameter is being used as the 'templateId'.Can someone please help me? Also, if using envelope template do I have to add documents and recipient in the flow?

Hi,I am using ‘Docusign for Salesforce package’ for Docusign integration with salesforce, And according to documentation I am supposed to create a custom button to send the document for signature, is there a way to automate this where I can write code to deliver the envelope rather than the clicking the custom button?Thanks.

Conditionally displaying an envelope custom field (ECF) in an Email Resource template

Hello everyone!I am new to DocuSign, so my question may seem too simple. So I ask you for advice.When I send an envelope from Salesforce.com, several envelope custom fields (ECF) are automatically created. One of them contains the Salesforce.com record ID. Since objects of different types in Salesforce (Account, Opportunity, Lead, etc.) can initiate sending an envelope from Salesforce, the names of the Envelope Custom Fields (ECF) will be different (SFAccount, SFOpportunity, SFLead, etc.). And depending on the type of object, I want to display different text in the Email Resource template. For example, if a document from Salesforce is sent from the Account object record, then I want to display the following text:Account Id: [[ECF:ECF SFAccont]]If a document is sent from the Opportunity record, then:Opportuniyu Id: [[ECF:ECF SFOpportunity]]Please tell me if the syntax below for adding to the Email Resource template is correct or if not, correct me: [[Conditional:ECF SFAccont]] Account I

Creating custom envelope using workato, pipefy and docusign

Hello everyone, everything good?I would like some very complete help from you, it's the first time I'm dealing with this, so I'm pretty lost.The company I'm working for uses Pipefy for CRM and another subscription platform, from what I understand it works like this:There is a recipe in Workato that integrates with pipefy,At the end of the recipe (last 5 steps or so) it connects to a safe on the other platform where there are several documents with pre-defined text and where there are customer fields, there is a code that gets the information from the card within pipefy and fill it out and then send the envelopeI wanted to understand how I can do this within DocuSign.I tried to create a template within DocuSign, but how do I link the Pipefy fields within DocuSign?here is an example image of our contract with the fields in the other tool:

Error on opening Word File uploaded via Salesforce integration

In our newly implemented integration, I can see and download the PDF and Word files that are coming in to Salesforce via Docusign in the DocuSign status object. However, I’m unable to open the downloaded Word file and get this error - any suggestions?

Power automate premium license warning when testing docusign

Hi,I’m getting licence warning when testing simple power automate flow. When i run it i get an error:“The user '<my account id>' does not have a service plan adequate for the non-Standard connection 'Docusign'. https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2123710” According to documentation i don’t need premium license to use docusign.

Creating multiple envelopes with slight differences from DocGen template?

I have created an eSignature DocGen template. I want to create 5 similar envelopes using the same DocGen template. About 40% of the field data is the same across 5 envelopes , but the remaining 60% of the fields are unique data for each recipient. I expected to be able to create a one envelope using the DocGen template and save as a draft. Then copy the draft envelope and make DocGen field changes to the envelope copy, but the “copy” function is not available in the envelope drop down actions for the created envelope in draft - should I be able to copy a draft envelope? I see that copy does become active for the envelope after sending it, but the envelope copy shows fixed text for recipient 1, and I cannot edit/update field entries for the unique data for recipient 2. Perhaps bulk send is the only way to achieve what I want to do? But I’m reticent to use bulk send, since you cannot preview the generated documents before sending.

Salesforce record link in Email Resource template

Hello, everyone! I have the following question. It would be great if someone could help me with this. Salesforce sends a document with account record data (Account object in Salesforce) for the client to sign using DocuSign. If the document is not signed by the client within 7 days, an email is sent to the client with the message:"Documents for your DocuSign signature have been cancelled for the following reason:Envelope expired."Please tell me if I can and if so, how can I add a link to the triggered record (account record in Salesforce) under this message so that the answer looks like this."Documents for your DocuSign signature have been cancelled for the following reason:Envelope expired."Link: "link to account(triggered record) here"Thank you all for your answers!

Hi Team, I am trying to create an envelope. i have added a pdf document to the envelope[pdf is generated from the word document] and recipient. then i try to add the anchor tab to the same for signature. the anchor tab string is present as a placeholder text on document. however it says anchor tab missing. is there any setup of anchor tab that i may have done wrong.

Hi Guys,I was recently asked to sign some documents using Docusign. I went to the site and download the windon OS program. Unfortunately, the program I downloaded required 64 bit mine is 32 bit. We went through a bunch of different ways with the company and I even tried Acrobat which they would not accept. Finally we signed the documents with 3 different witness. Which was crazy! Is there a windows 10 32 bit program???

Trouble with xpath when using repeat select

I am trying to display a field in a Repeat xml tag, but I keep getting a xpath exception error.I have a template that uses the credit note object in Salesforce, and I am trying to display the unit price field on the invoice line object. I go from credit note > credit note line > credit allocations > invoice line > unit price. How to Integrate ZipForms to sign/send with DocuSign

How can I use the forms in Transactions (ZipForms) then send them via DocuSign for signing? I currently have ZipForms as an agent and have already paid for DocuSign separately. I then found out that it can be done through ZipForms, but I can’t figure out how to do it. The only way I know how to at the moment is to do the forms in ZipForms, then download them individually, to then drag them into DocuSign. Then I have to manually place signing boxes and it is super frustrating and time consuming. Please help! TIA

I created a DOCX file in SharePoint library with proper data fields as below inside the DOCX:Hi, my name is {{userName}} However, when I use Get document generation form fields from envelope Action, it always return an empty array. DMARC policy configuration for Office 365 environment

Dear colleagues,We are your clients. We use Office 365 as mail system. We've enabled DMARK in reject 100% mode recently.And we've stumbled acrossed a problem.Docusign sometimes sends notifications on behalf of our users - so sender is ouruser@ourdomain.com BUT of course email is from Docusign IP.DMARC policy rejects such messages as Docusign is not a permitted sender (Docusign IPs are not ).Can we configure Docusign not to email on behalf of @ourdomain.com ?What is the best practice?Thanks!
