Docusign Connector Issue using Powerautomate

Currently I am using DocuSign Demo(Preview) connector to achieve the pdf Sign functionality. If I use DocuSign Demo connector, I won’t get the Production connection reference in the Account and vice versa, if I use DocuSign main connector, I won’t get the Demo connection reference in the Account. Is there any possibility that can I use DocuSign Main connector with Demo Connection References. Below are the two images, one is DocuSign Demo(Preview) Connector and DocuSign main connector. Anyone please help here, Is there any possibilities? Thank you Ibrahim SK

SuccessFactors ATS Integration with docusign to send multiple background documents along with offer letter,

We have a requirement to send multiple documents/forms which are required for background check along with offer letter from SuccessFactors recruitment through docusign. How can we achieve this using docusign and then how to download all these signed documents ? Also, Is there any way to link with ATS to prepopulate some of the fields on the forms through ATS ? Thank you!!

Saving signature to dataverse as image

Hi, I have a multi step form in power pages with docusign integrated having a simple template of Signature, Name and phone. All was fine until the Signature field in Dataverse was text to save the data. But i want to save the signature as a file so i created another column and mapped the template signature to dataverse file column. This is causing the whole thing to fail with below error in power automate flow. The error doesnt seem relevant to this change and nothing else was modified. Any reasons? The email address for the recipient is invalid. The recipient Id follows.

DocuSign for SharePoint Integration

I’ve recently installed DocuSign for SharePoint and started using this today in our SharePoint Online library. Everything seemed to be working well but I’ve just noticed that completed documents appear to be getting duplicated (three or more times) and are placed in the “DocuSign Documents” folder. Every duplicated signed document says modified by “SharePoint App” and has a number appended at the end of the filename. What could be causing this, I can’t see anything in the settings that would be causing this issue. Has anyone else experienced this?

Workday Integration - Signature with witness

Is it possible to use the “Signs with witness” functionality in Docusign through the Workday integration? Currently on documents requiring a witness, we have to send them manually outside of Workday, but it would be great to be able to automate them through our integration like the rest of our docs.

Does the document to be signed move out of SharePoint if using Docusign with Power Automate Integration

I am going to use Docusign for signature on the documents which are stored in SharePoint sites. for this I am going to use Power Automate where it allows to use Docusign actions/connections to perform the task of getting documents signed. My Question is : If I use Docusign with Power Automate then will my documents which are saved in SharePoint site will go outside SharePoint site to get them signed. I am trying to address a security concern of my IT team and they do not want any document to leave SharePoint site for getting them signed by using Docusign.

Salesforce Rich Text field on DocuSign Envelope Template

Hello, I have Rich Text fields on Salesforce that I want to show on a DocuSign Envelope template. The text is not showing as expected but appearing as HTML tags. This link https://support.docusign.com/s/articles/How-to-use-an-Html-block-from-Salesforce-and-pass-it-into-a-Gen-template?language=en_US talks about using “DocuSign Gen” template. I do not have access to DocuSign Gen templates. How can I pass rich text on a DocuSign Envelope template?

Templates Missing when using Microsoft Teams Approvals

Recently all of my templates have disappeared when attempting to add as attachment in Microsoft Teams Approvals. They were there recently when I last looked at the project, but now they are missing. My templates are still available within Docusign, and my Docusign account is signed in through the Teams Approvals app. I can see past signature requests that I have sent or signed. I have tried signing out of Docusign within Teams and back in, with no change.

Different Email Address as the Sender of DocuSign from Salesforce

Can you advise if its possible to have different sender of DocuSign in Salesforce? For example when the DocuSign triggered from: Account, then the sender would be Account@Sender.com Contact, then the sender would be Contact@Sender.com I appreciate any input/advice.

DocuSign and SharePoint document not loading

Hi everyone, I’m experiencing an issue with the DocuSign integration in SharePoint. When I try to start the “Get Signatures with DocuSign” process, I can log in, but the document doesn’t load into SharePoint. I’ve already cleared my cache and history, but I’m still having trouble. Has anyone else encountered this issue and found a solution? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Action 'Add_tabs_for_a_recipient_on_an_envelope' failed

I'm currently facing a challenge with a Power Automate flow that I've set up to generate a document and send it out for signing. The process seems straightforward, as illustrated in the flow diagram below: However, I've encountered a problem similar to the one discussed in this thread: Anchor tab missing + Creating envelope in Powerautomate from pdf | Community (docusign.com) . The difference in my case is that I'm working with a DOCX file rather than a PDF. The flow successfully retrieves the file content from the specified path, as shown here: The content is then added to the envelope without any apparent issues. However, I suspect that the base64 decoding step might be causing the signature tab to disappear, even though it is visible within the DOCX file itself. Could the base64 decoding be responsible for removing my signature tab? Has anyone else experienced a similar issue or have any insights on how to resolve this?

Issue "Please verify that you have been granted access to DocuSign, your account settings are correct and that you have responded to all activation emails."

While accessing DocuSign Setup tab getting this error, I have assigned all permission sets which are need and the UserId also matched. After installed I could configure on DocuSign setup and I could create Envelop but after some time getting this error. I have referred many articles and I had done all the steps they have mentioned but still can’t resolve. If any suggestions please let me know, Thanks In Advance.

Power Automate Flow Defaulting to Enterprise Admin Account Instead of Specific User Account

When setting up a flow in Power Automate using the "When an envelope status changes" trigger for DocuSign, I'm encountering a problem. Despite signing in with my specific user account credentials (instead of the enterprise admin account), Power Automate defaults to or shows the enterprise admin account. I need the flow to recognize and operate under my specific user account, but it keeps associating with the enterprise admin account instead.

We are currently evaluating the Workday-DocuSign Integration for a customer in the Financial Services industry. The customer's security team has specific questions regarding the security controls in place for this integration. While I have reviewed the information available on Workday Community w.r.t. how the Workday-DocuSign integration works and its security measures, there are additional security controls that our client's security team would like to verify. Since this is an out-of-the-box integration provided by Workday and there is limited documentation on both the Workday Community and DocuSign Developer Community, we would appreciate further clarification on these controls. How to retain the original document name?

We are sending documents from Microsoft Dynamics 365 using DocuSign Once a DocuSign sent contract is signed and is auto added to the quote, the document name changes to a system generated name. This will make it difficult to manage contract documents. How to retain the original document name?

One of the sender do not want to receive the Document signed alert instead it should be sent to some generic email address

One of the users from Sender do not want to receive Document Signed alert. If we try to uncheck the alert from email preferences it will be unchecked for all the other senders as well and there is no specific setting for user from admin view. And same alert should be sent automatically to a generic email address for eg. donotreply@test.com. who is not sender as well as receiver. How can we achieve this scenario?
