Has anyone encountered this error before? this is a message that gets presented when trying to add an additional user to through the SF integrated DocuSign Apps Launcher. Failed to add one or more users:[MAX_MEMBERS_EXCEEDED] The maximum number of members for the account has been exceeded.

Hello,According to this page, the file size limit for sending documents to Power Automate is 12MB:https://support.docusign.com/s/document-item?language=en_US&bundleId=gqy1619537336307&topicId=kfu1696619437531.html&_LANG=enusIs that still accurate?Is there a workaround? The file size limit in eSignature being 25MB really limits the use of PA in such cases.

Hi There,I’m generating a contract document from Salesforce Industries(Vlocity) OmniScript using OOB Document Generation capability.I want to integrate Stripe Payment gateway into this document. DocuSign has ‘Payment Item’ tag when we generate it from DocuSign eSignature.In the link below, they have mentioned tags like ‘vlcSignHere1’ but there is no tag for Payment Item. Hi Team, I have installed the appexchange product ‘Docusign eSignature for Salesforce’  in my personal developer salesforce org. After i authorize with salesforce credentials, in second step/tab when i try to authorize ‘DocuSign’ its saying invalid password. However if I use the same credentials to login directly into Docusign its working fine. Do i need to connect salesforce or establish the connect from Docusign or from within Salesforce screen?Your quick response is highly appreciated. Thanks,Raj Burugupally

Hi,When accessing the DocuSign App Launcher in Salesforce Partial SB, it displays a loading screen but doesn't redirect to the setup page. However, it works correctly in the production environment. Does anyone have suggestions on how to resolve this issue?Thank you.

I have a power automate flow that is triggered when a docusign envelope is signed. The flow extracts the information and signed pdf, then saves to a sharepoint library.  Is it possible to separately retrieve attachments that the signer has uploaded? i.e. not one long pdf but individual files? 

Does anyone know why the "Adopt Your Signature" section in DocuSign shows only the First Name and Last Name for Japanese signers, instead of their Full Name? Is there a way to configure it to display the full name for Japanese signers?Additionally, while integrating with Workday, I’ve noticed that the First Name and Last Name fields don’t populate correctly.Any insights or solutions would be greatly appreciated!

There is a requirement to access related list details and display them within a table dynamically on a DocuSign Envelope Template.Opportunity (Source Object) > Clean Energy Application custom object (Reference) > Clean Energy Application Line Item custom object details for each line item (Child).Challenges:DocuSign Merge Field Limitation: Currently, it is not possible to create a merge field within DocuSign that can pull and display the CEA line item details from the Clean Energy Application. This limitation exists both within the DocuSign app and within the Document Custom Fields in the DocuSign web account.Static Document Template: In the current template design, the document uploaded is static, which prevents the dynamic display of CEA line item details for each application. Given these challenges, is there any way to achieve the desired outcome? We have a fairly simple Power Automate flow that creates an envelope, adds documents and then sends to Docusign. We can get this flow to repeat multiple times without any issues when testing.But after a period of time (I can’t say exactly when as we don’t run the flow often enough) the account we are using with Power Automate loses connection with Docusign, this causes the flow to fail.I’m not sure if we are missing something really obvious regarding the way we authorising and logging into Docusign.

Is there a way to retrieve the template id or any template info when dealing with a completed document in Power Automate? I am looking to retrieve this info to then filter the documents into specific folders when uploading to SharePoint.

I am using Power Automate to create a DocuSign flow with multiple recipients in one envelope.I want to detect when each recipient has signed, so that I can update SharePoint when they sign.I can detect completion using the triggers provided by Power Automate, but I can't find a trigger for a sign.If there's any way to do this, please let me know.Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Hi! I am using the Docusign Word add-in to create templates for contracts. These contracts require that all dates be written out in full, like "January 14, 2025."My team has asked if it's possible to set up date fields that allow users to select a date from a little calendar picker but have the selected date automatically appear in the document in the written-out format.Does anyone know if this functionality is possible within Docusign, or have suggestions for a workaround? The names and initials are being displayed incorrectly, deviating from the expected format.Here’s the issue:For Japanese users, the signing screen is not respecting the correct name order or initials, which should align with local conventions.Has anyone experienced this before or knows how to resolve it? Any advice on configuring DocuSign to ensure consistent formatting for all users—especially for Japanese users—would be greatly appreciated!

Hello. I created power automate, using Docusign action. I have tested some runs and looks like if the recipients are registered Docusign users, they have no problem of receiving documents but it won’t send to the recipients who are not registered to Docusign. (People who do not have license.)Has someone experienced this problem? If so, is there any solution? Thank you! 

I am trying to get Quote and Product entity data fields from D365 into DocuSign Template but when creating a process in D365 you can only choose a single entity like Quote so I can Merge Quote data fields but not able to Merge Products data fields related to the Quote during the Create a New Dynamics Process step using the guide Merge Data Fields from Microsoft Dynamics to a Docusign TemplateHow can I achieve this any idea?

Our instance of DocuSign in integrated with Salesforce. I am trying to build a template document in Word and am having issues with the SuppressTableRow merge tag. I need to build logic that will suppress a table row if field RBD1 has the same value as R90BD1 AND RNEGD1 has the same value as R90NEGD1. This merge tag was suggested by AI but it’s not working. I'm a Salesforce Admin, I implemented DocuSign in SF, and users can generate documents and send them to their clients. There's a specific Salesforce user that is receiving this error message: "The DocuSign credentials entered do not map to a user on the DocuSign Account connected to this Salesforce org."In Salesforce, I checked the User Management section in the DocuSign Setup, and his user looks good (Status=Active)Also, I checked in the DocuSign account (https://admin.docusign.com/users) and he's also showing up here with Status=Active.Any advice on how to fix this error so this user can generate documents in Salesforce?Thanks!

I’m using Salesforce/Conga Composer/Docusign integration and would like to see if there is a way to add a Text box so that the signer can add a response during the signing process. To my knowledge with the Salesforce/Conga Composer/Docusign integration it has to use tags and I’m not sure if there is one to have a text box.

In Docusign connect with Salesforce we use specific user which is system admin in salesforce , we want to switch it to Integration user with Integration license .  We created the Integration User in Salesforce with Integration license then went to Docusign->Admin-> Connect->Edit Salesforce Connect-> Reconfigure login-> Salesforce Environment: Test, Salesforce SOAP Web Services API Version: 39, Salesforce Login Method: We put Username , password & security token of Integration user and click on connect, we get an error popup "An error occurred while updating the connect configuration" So We want to ask can we use integration user instead of System admin user? If yes why we getting the error as aforementioned, any additional steps needed to be followed before making the change?

when using power automate to create a docusign envelope, the envelope gets created and saved to my drafts folder- if our account has sharing enabled, how do I change the status of envelope to shared from draft within the workflow?  I don’t want to automatically send the envelope out for signing without manual/human review.  I am still in the process of adding anchor tags to all my template docs, so the fields still need to be manually created for the recipients prior to sending.
