04.02.2025Good evening.I am hoping that has run into this same issue & can provide some hints or actions on how we can resolve this issue. We are configuring a Docusign Demo\UAT CLM Account to be integrated with a Salesforce Sandbox Organization.The issue we are having is that after we have successfully gone through the 2 steps of logging into Salesforce using our Salesforce integration user & also logging into Docusign using our Docusign integration user. When we go to map a Salesforce object via the DAL. The process just spins & it never completes. We have tried this several times but each time we got the results, no completion, process just spins & then times out.Here are the steps we have gone through:Successfully installed as a Salesforce Admin Version 7.2 of the Docusign Apps Launcher Successfully connected our Salesforce Integration User via the DAL Successfully connected our Docusign Integration User v

Good morning I hope all is well! Seeking some assistance with a DocuSign issue in our environment that is impacting all users who are using the classic desktop classic version of Outlook. Once they click on the DocuSign plugin in their outlook, it doesn’t grab the attachments in the email, so you had to manually add the attachments but when you do that and try to proceed with sign now, you are hit with an error and all it says it “Something Went Wrong” with no other context at all. Interestingly enough, if we have the users on “New Outlook” the DocuSign plugin does work but this opens up another can of worms as the experience in this “New Outlook” isn’t the greatest and is missing out on some key features that our end users to rely on with this being needed for Judges and Public Safety personnel. I do know that this year Microsoft is going to be retiring a number of services and i’m wondering if this could be a result one of those like Oauth?

The loop is supposed to continue running as long as the hasMoreResults property in the API response is set to true. I’m not able to preview the document. Getting “Could not generate document "2_FR_Conditions generales_WORD": [103] Please ensure user has access to all the fields in template. Hi I am new to DocuSign. I am trying to create a flow in Power Automate which will create an envelope using an existing template and then it will add a document to this envelope while applying the template to the document. It will then add recipients and send out the envelope.  I have created the following flow to accomplish this:   The issue is that the above flow is unable to apply the template to the added document. The final result is that the added document is appended to the sample document that is already there in the template. The fields are there in the sample document however, the added document does not have any fields. So, it seems like the template was not applied to the added document.  Is there a way to apply the template to the added document such that it has all the fields f

Hello Community,I like to add additional documents (supplemantal documents) to an envelope.The situation is as follows:The document is generated in Salesforce I use an Envelope Template, created in Salesforce and available at the Docusign website, to assigne the Roles to the contacts Docusign opens In Docusign I created two additional templates one with supplement document A and one for B Docusign matches the Template for A Expected behaviour: to the uploaded document from Salesforce supplement document A is added and send also to the customer Actual: the template is matched, but the supplement document is not addedWhen I add the documents to the envelope template from Salesforce, file A and B appears. Hope someone can help me. Thanks and have a nice day,Sven

We are looking to transition from DocuSign eSignature for Salesforce (7.12.1) to Docusign Apps Launcher 6.12 and I’m trying to get it setup in a lower environment for testing. One of the features we used in the eSignature app was syncing the envelope status and date sent over to the related fields in Contracts. When trying to setup DAL, I don’t see this being able to be configured, where it will update the field of the Date Sent. Am I missing something somewhere? 

Hello, When using the DocuSign Apps Launcher in Salesforce, I’m unable to see anything related to CLM despite having downloaded the CLM app through the app exchange. I can see various CLM components and permission sets through the managed package, but I can’t see a CLM app, or a config page through DocuSign setup. I can only see eSignature and DocuSign Gen. Any suggestions on how I can remedy this issue? Thank you! 

I am sending envelope for signature through PowerAutomate. By default signature size is 100%. How to increase the size of signature to 150% through Powerautomate. As I checked I didnt get any option to increase the size in Power automate.

I am experiencing unexpected behavior when using the List Envelopes action in Power Automate with specific subject filters.There are 400+ envelopes with the subject "ABC DEF - IJ", and the user has full access to all envelopes. When filtering with subject = "ABC", the action returns only 13 records and sets hasMoreRecords = false. When filtering with subject = "DEF", it returns only 14 records and hasMoreRecords = false. The skip parameter does not work as expected, and I still receive only the top 13 records.However, when filtering for envelopes with subject = "XYZ" and using top = 50, the action correctly returns 50 records and hasMoreRecords = true, which is expected.The user

I have a table in my Gen Word Doc, It has a price in the table ( lets say $100),  i have a field in Salesforce that holds the commission, (lets say its $25), how can i add the $25 ( from merge field) to the $100 that is already in the Table in my Gen Doc? The $100 is not a merge field coming from SF.

I am attempting to create a conditional field rule in my gen template. I need to set this up and save the configuration to prevent my users from having to do it manually each time. If i send the document, then generate another quote, the conditional field rules are missing. I do not seem to be able to store them permanently. I am using word templates if it makes a difference.Any help is appreciated.related links:

Hi All,I am new to docusign and I am just responsible for the end user support for my company.Our docusign admin states that user configuration is correctly done but user is still receiving the below message every time he tries to sign an email attachment. He mentioned user needs local admin rights which I tried without success.Do you know what could be the reason?  Thanks

Hi All,I wanted to understand the concept of App password.So normally we create a new account for each sandbox and connect it with salesforce.Later in salesforce we create a named credential and give our username and instead of our password we put in the app password generated in docusign.Should we be using different app password for different sandbox or how does it work.i have 10 accounts in the same login username. so should i use 10 different app password ?

Dear all, I made a power automate flow who create a envelope in docusign.When a user create a contract in dataverse/dynamics 365 CE an envelope is created in docusign.The sender of the envelope is now the owner of the connection in power automate. Is it possible to change the sender in to the person who triggers the flow? Gr Ronald
