Dear Community,n addition to the sender's name, our company and address and the sender's job title should be displayed in the sender email. So far you can only see the name and e-mail address. Is this possible and if so, where can I find the corresponding setting in the backend?Best regards,Katrin

I would like to send the contract attachment for external review, both to the reviewer who will make the changes and to the people I include for notification. Is there a simple way to enable this in CLM?    

I recently started a new job, where Docusign is used frequently and we have a corporate account. I created a Docusign account using my work email address, thinking the email domain would automatically get me into the company’s plan, but it didn’t; I just got a regular free account, with no access to edit (or even see) envelopes etc. Turns out I have to have an invitation to join under the company’s plan.I deleted the account I had created and our admin sent me the invitation. However, after waiting the two days for my old account to be deleted, I still can’t sign in with the invitation I received; Docusign thinks I want to reactivate the free account I had previously under this email address.Does anyone know how I can completely erase my old account in order to use the invitation from my company?Thanks in advance!

Our B2B software has an embedded e-Signature integration with DocuSign where we allow our software users to create envelopes and tag recipient fields for other software users.  Our integration utilizes a “system user” who authenticates to the customer’s DocuSign account and all subsequent envelopes are created and signed on behalf of that system user. For the error message: Account lacks sufficient permissions.  In-session permission required when specifying a captive recipient.the customer’s system user has the “DS Admin” permissions profile.  I welcome any ideas where the client’s DocuSign Admin can go to enable a “in-session permission”?

I have created a application in developer account and verified it after making 20 API calls. I am using JWT authentication. After that I logged in to my production account and granted access again using https://account.docusign.com/oauth/auth?response_type=code&scope=signature%20impersonation&client_id=<YOUR_CLIENT_ID>&redirect_uri=<MY_REDIRECT_URL>.I also updated the UserId and API Account ID. Now when I am trying to send document to sign using my application, I get error {"Error while requesting server, received a non successful HTTP code with response Body: {\"error\":\"consent_required\"}"}How can I resolve this issue? Will I get this error of I don’t have plan with API Access?

Greetings!Under protest, I subscribed to Docusign this morning at the behest of the French government agency INPI (portal e-procedures) in order to sign a form stating the cessation of my business. The help desk advised the use of Docusign. The signature from a previous attempt using the free trial was not accepted. Today. the form was duly signd by Docusign, but it was not accepted:“Your signature is not valid: The summary was signed using a foreign certificate from outside the EU, the certification authority of which is not one of those defined in the eIDAS trust lists. Your signature is therefore not considered valid because we cannot find the certification authority of the certificate used in the eIDAS trust lists. Hello Community,Signatories without a DocuSign account have forgotten an important prefix when signing for the very first time. So they added this prefix in front of their name the second time they signed the document. On the third document, they are again offered the first signature without the prefix and have to change it again. Why doesn't DocuSign save the last signature used?

Hi Community,Does anyone use DocuSign with Lone Wolf here? I need help with my first e-signing and sending docs out for e-signing. According to Lone Wolf, my DocuSign account is already integrated with Lone Wolf. Lone Wolf reps are not trained for DocuSign support. I’ve put in a support request to DocuSign. If you’re so inclined, Help!   

This is my second round of sending out Docusigns. This time I checked all areas that were RESPOND ONLY and READ ONLY. Once I was done the form said to add LInes or Send without Lines? What am I doing wrong?

Hi all-Thanks for the advice in advance !!I have created a template from a word document. I added in the merge fields and it looks good and is pulling in good for the create page. I've also added signature and title blocks at the bottom. On the create page everything looks fine and is spaced correctly. When I go to the preview and or generate in salesforce, the bottom pieces are all jumbled together with no spacing for the signature blocks. How do I make sure create looks the same as preview and generate? There's clearly something I missed or something is broken. Thank you.#Frustrated

A document was sent to my manager to sign, and I am a reviewer. How do I know if any of the documents in the envelope have been modified in any way since I viewed it?

I am setting up a document template that will be signed in person by a number of employees (with role titled Driver) under the supervision of a host. I would like to add dropdown fields and checkbox fields under the Driver role, for each to select a number of options as they sign, in person. However when I add these fields using the template editor and preview the document as the Driver role, the fields disappear from the document.If I change the Driver role to be a remote signer, the fields appear in the document, but not when done as ‘in-person’. Is this a known issue or limiation?For reference I am using the new editor, not the classic, as I wish to use the conditional elements feature with the dropdowns I am trying to add.

Dear DocuSign Support Team,I am writing to request the immediate cancellation of my DocuSign subscription and auto-renewal. My account was set to renew annually on March 2nd, but this year, I noticed that my credit card payment did not go through. Since I no longer need DocuSign’s services, I attempted to cancel the renewal through my account settings. However, the system only indicates that my subscription will be canceled on March 2, 2026, which is not what I want.I need to ensure that my account is fully canceled immediately and that I will not be charged for another year. Is there any way to set the localhost in the “URL to Publish” section? I need to test my localhost url and looks like its not possible. Do you recommend any tool to create a fix url  temporary while I’m running my test ? I read about ngrok for example but I’m not sure if its secure.

The signers of a document I need signed by 5 people have not received it. They contacted me because they hadn’t seen it. I sent it on February 28. I re-sent it two hours ago - they still have not received it. What is the problem and how can I get this fixed ASAP. Time is of the essence. Thank you.

We have several envelope templates with merged fields in the DocuSign email alert. For example, the subject line for the email alert is: Please Sign: {signer email address}. We use a PowerForm with each of these templates.We created the templates and PowerForms in 2022. In September 2024, I noticed that the merged fields were not appearing in the email subject when the template was initiated via PowerForm. I submitted a support ticket (case # ********) and after several weeks, this was their response:We have explored several workarounds to meet your needs, but unfortunately, the existing behavior of Docusign with power forms does not allow for the intended functionality. I am currently trying to set up my DocuSign account so I have on App & key for each of our pre prod environments (Dev,test,staging) I would like to have three different keys, one for each environment. In turn these three different environments will have a connect for each one, how do I specify that a certain app should only use a certain connect, I can add them all into each one, but it gives me tonnes of failed messages 

I would like to use a generic template then add a different page for each recipient I need to sign. Can this be done? 

I am looking for a contract that i thought we signed about 6 months ago and can’t find it. The company that initiated the contract sent it to me via docusign and I signed it. They have a paid docusign account and i have a free one if that matters. Could they have dleted it without me knowing it? is there any way to verify if they did that?

I need to disable an account being required for recipients. I have Googled everything to do it but the last step isn’t possible. I do not have “Login Requirements” on my menu/dashboard anywhere. I did the following:Admin > Security Settings. The next step said to find the “Login Requirements” section but I do not have one. All I have is Account Security, Authentication Settings, Password Security and Account Discovery. I need help because I have docs I need to send out and can’t because it’s making the recipients create an account and they don’t want to do that. 

I am currently using a DocuSign developer account for testing and integration purposes, and I would like to enable the SMS delivery feature within the account. However, I am not seeing the option to activate it in my settings.Could you kindly assist me in enabling the SMS feature so I can continue testing this functionality as part of my integration?

We are using Salesforce Minimum Access and System Administrator profiles for users, where they have basic access to objects and fields. Access to custom fields is granted via the Permission Sets. When I try to generate template I have following error: Could not generate document “Template Name” [103] Please ensure user has access to all the fields in template. 'Activation_Fee__c' Reference ID: f0ee0172-0614-47be-969c-d30eaf2c704d.I have granted access to this field by assigned Permission Set. When I set this field read and edit on Profile, then the problem is gone. It looks that DocuSign checks access only on Profile level, not the Permission Set. Can anyone help with that?
