error RECIPIENT LIMIT EXCEEDED (Developer account)

Hi, 
I have a Developer Account, and doing integration into the custom CRM. The account details indicate the use of “97/Unlimited. However, I received a server error message during signing process. Number of recipients per envelope: 2-3:
errorCode\";s:24:\"RECIPIENT_LIMIT_EXCEEDED\";s:7:\"message\";s:104:\"The recipient limit on the envelope has been exceeded. The cumulative recipient limit has been exceeded.\";}

Can you tell me what the reason might be? Are there any limits for developer accounts?

  • Is your email address the same as the one used for the developer account? 
  • Is this the first time you encountered the error?
  • Have any changes been made recently that may have caused the error to come up?

Thank you for your reply. I will be happy to answer your questions.

  1. Dev account was created 20th of June
  2. YEs, email address for dev and community accounts is the same
  3. Yes, I’ve just started working with Docusign
  4. I tested integration : signed and sent some docs 

I hope that it’ll help to resolve this issue.
