I sent an envelope to 2 recipients (in signing order 1, 2). 24 hrs later, the 1st recipient still has Not received the envelope, and neither has the 2nd recipient. I do understand that the 2nd recipient will not receive the envelope UNTIL the 1st recipient has completed their signature. But in 24 hrs time no one has received anything. Help!

Greetings,
My first suggestion is to manually Resend the envelope to get a fresh email notification to the first signer. Then advise the First signer to check their Spam/Junk folder. If neither of those work, I would advise the signer check their email client settings to ensure it’s allowing emails from docusign.net to end up in their inbox.
