I have a document I sent for signature back in April that was completed at the time it was sent. 3 weeks ago it started sending reminders to the person that they needed to sign it. How do I get it to stop sending reminders?

You can follow the steps below to modify the envelope and turn off the reminder.

  1. Find the envelope and click "Correct."
  2. Click "Advanced Options" on the upper-right
  3. Toggle "Turn off auto reminders"rtaImage?eid=ka88Z000000LITV&feoid=00N1W000003HFev&refid=0EM8Z000008Iqqv
  4. Click "Save"
  5. Click "Next"
  6. Click "Correct"

Thanks, but this is a completed document. It will not allow me to use those options. I can view document or I can delete it, those are my options.

I tried to send a private message on Saturday with the envelope info. Not sure if it was received.

can I place the envelope info here?  I am not very familiar with using this type of system. I would really prefer to send someone an email. Can someone reach out to me via email and I can give them the details.
