I signed and sent a document. The receiver has not received it. They have also checked the spam messages. How do I resend a document to the original sender?
The original sender should be able to see the document in their “completed” folder in DocuSign even if they have not received notification of the document being completed.
Just to be sure - after you signed, you “finished” the document, correct? (There’s a final button to click after signing). Once you have completed the signing - I don’t think there is anything else you can do.
The original sender can check the status of the document (if it’s still in process/completed) - if they cannot, perhaps they can open a ticket with DocuSign Support.
