Hello, i initiate the signature within my company and all of my team members have their own account of DocuSign. But the presented format is different - sometimes show “signed by”, sometimes show “DocuSigned by”, and the frame color also shows different recently - one is in purple, another is black, and they are in the same docusign document.

The update to the signature and initials frame (chrome) was included in our June 2024 DocuSign Core Production Release Notes.
Still, it is coming in your case, I will suggest raise a support ticket.

One question has been addressed, but another one keeps not finalize. I initiate two signature in one document and just would like to know why the line looks different - the color, how to harmonious them?

Yes, the color difference might be related to the “Brand” settings under Admin. I’m not 100% certain, but you can check there to see if it can be adjusted. If that doesn’t resolve the issue, I’d recommend reaching out to DocuSign support for further assistance.
