Hi,

we're experiencing issue where user unable to esign. Once we select to sign the document, we can’t access the website. I’ve followed the suggested steps (like clearing the cache in a separate forum), but I still can’t access the site to e-sign. Any suggestions or help would be appreciated.

We have a few questions:

  • Since you mentioned you tried clearing the browser's cache, how about using incognito mode or a different device?
  • Can you please provide us with a screenshot of the error message? (Please remove any Personal Identifiable Information, as this forum is public)
  • Can you please provide us with a detailed step-by-step description of how you are signing the document? Are you signing directly from the Docusign account, from the "Review document" email notifications, or through an integration? Have you tried signing in using the alternative method of signing in via security code? 👉 Use a Security Code to access Docusign documents
