Is there a way to move a document from one template to another? I have essentially created two templates with multiple documents in each and would like to combine them into one template.

I have a contract out for signature. The signer goes through the document signing, but it will not let him complete. What might be wrong?

My document has a series of checkboxes. They can either check Yes or No. I don't want to make both fields "required" because then they would have to check both boxes. How do I make the boxes optional?

Hi, so I am developing a DocLauncher with multiple templates that have slightly different intake forms but all launch the same workflow. Ideally, the workflow would select different branches of logic depending on which template was selected but in order to do so it would need to know which template was selected, the heart of the problem. I'm wondering if anyone has any ideas for tackling this problem?The brute force strategy would be to simply copy the workflow into different variants, one for each template/intake form, but this really increases cost of maintenance and developing new features. A slightly more elegant approach would be to refactor common parts of the workflow into "component" workflows but there's only so much that can be componentized and it's a non-trivial amount of work I'd like to avoid if possible.

How do I download long documents from my email account the simplest way possible

Is it possible to send an envelope to someone to review and then once they approve it to sign it is then sent to the signer? If so, what are the steps to complete this task?

Is it possible to report off envelopes stuck in a correction? Sometimes senders forget to save changes or discard changes holding their envelope in a correct status.

​Our call center will be sending out more documents using the Knowledge Based ID check to verify members before accessing their personal information on a document. I have seen that the number of questions cannot be controlled unless working with support. However, I sent a few test documents to the same user that went through the verification process and they saw the same questions by the 3rd document. Is there a way to add more verification questions? We are trying to determine how many chances we will give a member if they fail the ID check obefore making them come in physically to sign. If they are seeing the same questions over again, that is a red flag for us. What happens to the document if a member does fail the ID check? Thanks

I no long have the option to sign a document myself when I am setting up a document in docusign. It takes me straight to the recipients page. I just want to sign it myself.

How does the signer change the timezone? It was not correct on their end. It is correct in my account. They don't have an account, how can they make sure it is correct when I send them a document to sign? Thank you

I have a customer who doesn't have the authority to sign a document.  She said she has always been able to forward that "designation" to the owner of their company.  She wasn't able to on the document I sent her.  Is there a setting I need to have that would allow this?  She doesn't want me to send the document directly to the owner, she wants to manage that process.  Can someone please advise how to accomplish this?

Hi! Is it possible to put our logo in the email received by the customer to sign?

We have issued several documents to supervisors and executive leaders for signature based on annual reviews. As the HR Payroll Administrator, I am the final signature as I update payroll if needed. We have determined that an editable piece of information should be removed from the document as it is no longer necessary. I am deleting that information and initialing but it is now sending it back to the beginning of the workflow for all supervisors to sign again.Is there any way to make the change, initial and then finish the document without it having to be resigned by the other 4-5 parties involved in the collaboration?

Apart from the obvious difference in the size of the signature.I would also like to know what exactly each of these two options is.Thank you

We send forms to clients (Signers) requesting information thru pre-meeting forms but when the individual clients (Signer) receive the envelope or email it appears they are initially being requested to login to access the document (but they have not set up a DocuSign account) and are indicating they don't have a password.

How do I send my signature

We would like to make an email address editable to the signer. We would have the email field default to the signers email address but if a different email address should be used for invoicing we want to give the signer the ability to modify.

Can the other signers see other signature lines but are just grayed out? Can they also see who else has signed the document or which signature is pending?Thank you so much for your time!

How can I prevent any of the signers from receiving a copy of the completed document once all the signers have signed (essentially so I can hold them in escrow for a closing until payment is received), so I have the only fully signed copy. I unticked "attach documents to completion email" but my test runs show that recipient can still sign into their DocuSign accounts and get a fully signed copy. Is there a way to accomplish this? Thanks.
