Hi,

I appreciate you bringing this issue to our attention.

The server status has improved and may now allow access to the website with degraded performance.

However, a full fix to the issue has not been rolled out yet.

You are welcome to follow the status of the situation through our Server Status Dashboard or by opening a support case and one of our Support Experts will follow up accordingly.

Same here, cannot login to the docusign site or the esignature via zipforms

I can't get in and can't reach anyone either for assistance. I am using a different company to get my documents signed for the time being since business doesn't stop and things need to be signed.

I am sorry to hear that you are unable to log into DocuSign eSignature.

The issue you are experiencing is probably part of an ongoing outage in our NA2 server.

Our engineering team is aware of the situation and is actively working towards a fix.

I just a notification from the support team. The DocuSign engineers are aware of the issue and are working on it to fix it ASAP.

last 2 hours for me. i started an envelope and they just error messages. also they asked me to verify a new devise, but it have used this devise many times. It happens often where they think this is my first envelope. It seems they have problems they have not fixed for years
