I am new to DocuSign admin, but our eSignature solution uses apex toolkit to automate the generation and sending of DocuSign envelopes. To deploy the solution to production, the apex class could be deployed, but would the DocuSign Envelope Template have to be recreated in production manually?

The migration tool would only work if both accounts are in Production or if both accounts are in Demo, so in other words, you would need to recreate them.
