I just signed up for for docusign and paid for a year, but it didn't apply my promocode fir discount?

Hi,To simplify management of the accounts, I was thinking giving to the all clients DS Sender profiles instead of DS Viewer. Also I wanted to give all of them rights to create templates. I understand that all clients will be able to create envelopes with DS sender rights. Are there any security risks with this approach?Thank you

can I add an email address after I sent the document.( the recipient asked I send to different email)

sending a contract with indicated items to initial I click next but a notice pops up that says " to send, you must complete the 1 pre-fill fields with sender permissions." and never proceeds past this point. Where is the 1 pre-fill field located?

A frequent signer without an account needs to change his signature. I've only found instructions for signers with a DocuSign account to change their signature.

Receiving a missing option text error alert. Can't find the error. Please help.

When trying to send a document I receive an error message that reads: Missing option text. Enter text or delete option from drop down. I can't find the error anywhere!?!

If I have a pending envelope out for signatures to multiple people, will pushing the "resend" button send to all recepients on my list? Or only the person that the document is currently awaiting signature on?

We just started using conditional routing and I have to say, it's a game-changer. I am loving the increased simplicity for our signers, and the streamlining that's happened as a result....BUTIs there a way to create signing groups or to save the rules for reuse on different forms? I create multiple forms, and some of them have to go through the same approval groups. Example, we have a group of five users that are approvers for a lot of things. Each time I make a new form, I have to build the rules from scratch to call upon this same group of five users. Is there a way to do this already that I just don't know about?
