When I send a document, the recipient no longer has access to it about a week after they sign it. Is there any way to change the access expiration for recipients on signed documents?

Hello @PQD ,

Thank you for reaching out here in the DocuSign Community.

We apologize for the frustration the expiration of links might cause you and your signers, I understand you would like to make them accessible for a longer period of time.

I’m sad to say that all envelope links have a lifespan of 48 hours or will become expired after 5 clicks, however, signers should be able to request a new link and the system will send them one automatically without the need for the sender to intervein. With that said, the only way to keep the envelope’s link from expiring would be to add an authentication method to it (this could be a normal access code): Access Code and Email Notification Link Expiration

Let us know if you need further assistance with this.
