Hi, how can i send a document to a contact saved in my account?

 

Other 2 questions:

  • Why the Windows App doesn’t works? maybe it need an active subscription? it doesn’t work in the trial mode?
  • Is it possibile to eliminate the check with “i’m the only subscriber?” it only wastes my time…

You can add an existing contact to your envelope during the “Add Recipients” step of the envelope creation process.

Regarding the Windows app, there should be no limitation to log into a Free Trial account.

 

Are you getting an error when logging in?

 

I would also like to confirm where you are seeing the  “I'm the only subscriber?” check?
