how do i download all my signed documents

I have an issue where we want the recipient to auto-nav (which is set in Admin) to all fields but the navigation is not in order of the placement of fields. In other words, if I have 6 checkboxes on 2 lines, the navigation does not follow the line order. It may go to the 2nd checknox on the 2nd line and then go to the 3rd checkbox on forst line, etc.How do I set the order in which the checkboxes are navigated?

Hello, I made a template that was sent to about 75 people. I found out there was an error in the radio buttons I had set up. If I correct the template, will the error be corrected on the envelopes that I have already sent out?

I have about 2700 people that will be receiving this template and each recipient will have a different client name. My goal is that the email to the recipients has their name in the body of the email (e.g. Hello Bob) and then I want to let them know in the document that this is regarding X client of yours. How would I go about doing that? Thank you!

I'm planning to build a report to get the 'Completion Date' of envelopes into our CLM system. Does anyone know if there's any delivered report that deliver this? or, ability to write a custom report?Sorry if this is a basic question. A user has enquired about extending the expiration of an envelope. The expiration of envelopes in our environment is controlled centrally as a system-wide setting, so our users cannot change envelope expirations there.If a new document or signatory is added to an existing envelope (which is due to expire shortly) does this extend the expiry date for the envelope overall, ie for other signers? Or is there no other way to extend the expiry?

We asked the recipients to sign the contract by drawing.However, 30% of the recipients told me that they couldn't find the signature change option as below. (not all of them, some have finished signing with drawing)They said when they click the signature once or twice, the signature just disappeared.How can I solve this? 

If you are an DocuSign Admin, can you set a permission/right to allow for visibility/management of all envelopes issued via a tenant? Its seems the admin must configure shared access to a users docusign account on a individual basis, is there another way to allow an admin to manage all? Otherwise we will constantly have to grant access to users account for the admin account.
