Apply template to all documents in an envelope

When we issue documents we are typically adding multiple documents to an envelope and then using the template to lay out the tags on the documents (using autoplace). Is there a way to easily apply one template to all of the documents in the envelope? Currently we have to manually apply the template to each envelope and this isn't very efficient at all. Thanks!

Is chat support ALWAYS rude?

I had asked a simple question - how do I edit the disclosure. Agent would only repeat edit the envelope in Word which is not what I asked. After 4 go rounds, they ended chat abruptly. Zero stars.

How to change the header of email from Sender name to the default Company Name?

Hi,When I am sending the document in the notification and header of the email it is showing my name as a Sender, but I want to change it to the default company name for all envelope templates. Do you know where I can change the [[Sender Name]] to the [[Company Name]]?It should be like this instead of my own name:[[Company Name]] via DocuSign.I also tried to change it in Email Resource but cannot find. Below I put some examples.Thanks in advance!

DocuSign Fields Anchor Texts don't work

Hello,We are using the DocuSign Fields (signature fields) Anchor Text in the document templates created via DocuSign Gen. When sending the documents for signature the anchor text fields are not automatically populated with the respective DocuSign eSignature fields. We don't want to define envelope templates and configure auto-place for each one of the standard DocuSign signature fields.Any suggestion would be welcome.Thank you

Changing signature order after first person has signed

I sent a DocuSign that requires 10 signatures, and I selected to sign in order 1, 2,3, etc. My fifth signer is holding things up, so I'd like to allow the signers, including the Fifth signer to go ahead and sign it. Can I change the order to make everyone a "1" for the order purposes? Or, is it too late since 4 have already completed the DocuSign signature? One caveat. I want the 10th signer to be the last signer, so would I make this person #2 in order -- if the correction/update is possible?Thanks.

How do I add date/time and note to my e-signature?

I am an employee with a company and using their docusign. I want my signature to show the date/time and a note "I approve this document". I am seeing this in another company's signatures and I would like to replicate. I have troubleshooted everywhere and I am thinking this is only for admin users. Is this only for admin to accessorize?

Is there a way for sender one to make corrections to their sections of the document once it has been sent to sender two?

I am the sender of a document, the first signer said there was a mistake they entered on their section of the document. Now the document is off to sender two. Is there a way to send the document back to sender one to allow them to revise their mistakes?

How to Allow only one recipient to edit the collaborative fields

Hey, I was creating a contract with collaborative fields, so recipients can edit fields if they wanted. But I noticed that by setting a text field as "collaborative filed" all recipients will be allowed to edit that field. Is it possible to pick recipients allowed to collaborate on that field?

esignature not acceptable by a Washington state court

I am a pro-se defendant in a lawsuit in a Washington state couinty, but live in New Mexico.I prepared a pleading, e-signed it with Docusign, only to learn that WA court did not do online filing. So I shipped the e-signed physical papers to a process server in WA for filing in the court. The clerk at first resisted filing the papers due to e-signature, but was reminded that it was her duty, she filed the papers saying that the judge will not like it.--- Is it acceptable to use e-signed physical papers as "the original document" ?

Hello Team,The HR department intends to send envelopes to all employees with payroll contract containing sensitive personal data.Since only administrators have the ability to share and transfer ownership of the envelopes,what is the appropriate way to ensure that the envelopes are not compromised / accessible by other users of the account?How can we restrict access to DocuSign data and keep the data separate between departments(HR, Legal etc.)?Best Regards.

I'd like to send an envelope to a lead record, how do I add the relevant lead as a recipient?

Reproduction steps:I create an envelope template where I add two recipients: a "master record" and the lead owner. I add a button on the lead page layout that invokes this template... let's call this button "Send Docusign"I find a lead (let's call it "John Doe") and click on "Send Docusign" The envelope wizard pops up and I review the doc before sending itI'm expecting the lead, "John Doe", to be one of the recipients (as the master record), but this recipient is not added automatically. The lead owner is indeed part of the recipients.How do I add the relevant lead to the template automatically? It doesn't make sense that I have to search for the lead when I click on "Send Docusign".
