I have full admin access. I added a role name when I created the template. The template maintains its fields but when I try to send the document to multiple recipients it alerts me to needing to go add fields for each recipient (color-coded). There must be a way to assign the same fields to all recipients because otherwise the bulk send feature would be useless.

I have two templates I use regularly. One has saved with the signature fields in them: date, name, sig, etc. But the other template won't let me save these fields so I have to enter them each time I use them. Any input on why?

I have a form that requires the recipient to sign two different ways - one signature with just their full name and the other signature their name with POA indicated. Example: Sign here: 00000 Sign here: 00000 , POA Right now we setup the recipient as: 1. 00000 00000@gmail.com 2. 00000, POA 000000@gmail.com Looking for options to not have to setup up two recipients for the same person.

My PowerForm completion emails are pulling the messages I set in "Custom email and language for each recipient" so that once the form is complete, the message no longer makes sense. Ie: "Your form is in progress and has been forwarded to the next signer." We would also like to customize the "needs changes" email when edits are marked up. Currently it's repeating the same message where I state signer 1's form is in progress.

Hello. Are there any permission for templates when sharing them? We use a custom permission profile to allow our users to create, use and share templates since we want our users to use this feature for their own templates. But we also have some company wide templates that should not be editable but only useable.

Does DocuSign have the ability to put a time limit on how long a signer has to execute their signature on the contract docs? Example below Lesee (1st signee) - no time limit only the regular 90 days Witness (2nd Signee) - needs to sign the document within 1 hour after Lesee signed. When sending contracts, our first recipient is an approver. If they click the approve button, and the envelope is later corrected (before anyone signs) by replacing the attached document, will the approver see this change?

When I use the data field box it looks like it is covering the existing text. However, when I receive the document back from my client the data field box was transparently creating a blur of text, the old existing text, and the new changed text. How do I make the data box solid before filling in the text?

I have an envelope which was voided due to the date expiring (didn't know this was a setting) - signed by one person but not another and I ideally would like to unvoid it to retain the orginal signing date. I have field that will contain a persons driver license. Is there a way to keep that field from being viewed except for the originator and a person in another department? Can the field be password protected once the originator submits the request?

I'm a beginner. How do I turn a document into Docusign

Every 6 months, I will do a clean-up and have to close users that have left the company. I have to close hundreds of users every round. So far I couldn't find any feature in DocuSign that lets me close users by bulk and I would have to search the users one by one before I could close them. This is a very tedious process. There is a feature on DocuSign that lets me update users' information by bulk but not close them. Do let me know if such a feature exists. If not, any chance that this feature can be implemented? I believe many users would greatly benefit from this addition.
