Create template for bulk list?

How do i create a template that can be used for multiple bulk lists? The way you create one right now required you to import the bulk list BEFORE you create fields in the template and requires you have at least one "recipient role" but then all the fields i create are only for that one recipient. Can anyone help?

Production endpoint(URL) for requests

I am using REST API to connect my code to DocuSign. All is well in sandboxe but in the produciton request is failing with authentication error. I did notice that production URL changes and it not unique for all. I am using "https://demo.docusign.net/restapi" with Account ID and Integration Key appended. Please suggest on how to get that base URL for production.

Reassigning Signatures

Although my Mailing Envelopes are set with the permission for the recipient to reassign to another signer. The recipient's Action Box does not display this option. In fact, it requires the receiver to sign or decline. Any information on how to sync these two operations would be greatly appreciated.

Is it possible to Print & Sign a specific document within an envelope?

Hi - wondering if it is possible to have an envelope with multiple documents that need docusinged to have one of the documents to be Print & Signed where the other docs are esigned. For example a form that needs a notary can be printed but all other docs in envelope are esigned. Thanks!

How to access drafts folder from mobile device?

Is there no way to access the drafts folder from a mobile device? The filters options under manage only has who it's sent to/by and the date range. Also, requesting desktop version of the site does not work. I'm using chrome app on iOS.

Can you put a delay timer on when Document can be signed?

Hi There. Just wondering if there is a way I can put a minimum amount of time to have elapsed before someone can docusign a document? To give a bit of context here, we send documents out that our Customers have to have for 24 hours before they can sign (for compliance). Can I make it so I can send it to them, but they cannot docusign until that 24 hours has elapsed? Thanks!

Can't Login on my New MacBook Air

I recently purchased a new Macbook Air Laptop and when I try to Login onto Docusign I can't. The only thing that happoens is the little wheel keeps spining round and round, round and round, round and round lol. Any help would be appreciatied.

Making changes to a signed Docusign contract

Hi, I recently signed a DocuSign document which was then signed by the other counterparty. However, later I realized that I had entered incorrect information in one of the fields. I understand that once a document has been signed, it cannot be changed or voided. What are my options at this point? I can request the document again and re-sign it with the correct information but how do I void the previously signed document? Thanks.

Time Stamp

The timestamp in now automatically coming up with the date stamp. I have noticed that the time does not match my computer's time (the current time) and it does not seem to be the correct time when my clients' sign. When I enter date and time manually (or allow my client to when they sign) the auto stamp is always wrong and does not match near the time the document was signed. Putting the timetable of the signing off.

Auto Responded: Correct to fix email address errors.

I sent a document to two recipients both with the same email address. The first recipient received and signed the document. The second recipient did not receive the document and I got a message saying "Auto Responded: Correct to fix email address errors." How can this be if both recipients had the same email address and the first recipient received the document?

Edit my initials on my signature

How do I edit my initials on my signature? I have two choices only: Add or delete. So I added the same signature, but the initials keep only using my First and last initial. I'm trying to include my middle initial, which is on my signature as my official DBA. Any input would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

Are there any real Manager reports to see all of their shared employees?

Hi, Are there any manager reports that can see a list of what's pending and what's completed based off of each of their shared users? OOB it looks like they have to click one by one on each user's shared envelopes to see this information. It'd be beneficial at a Manager level to see a dashboard of pending and completed information in a time frame of all of their employees.

My client would like me to stop the automatic reminders until they are ready to sign. They are reviewing and awaiting internal approvals. Can I stop the reminder until they are ready to sign?

Bulk Send - need to test first

Hi folks, any help really appreciated. I'm new to the DocuSign product. I need to send out a contract to around 500 customers using bulk send but want to do some dummy run testing first to check all is in order before hitting send to everyone. Is there a way of doing this? I have gone through the whole bulk send process using my test email accounts and got it working as I want it to, but when I go to replace them with the live data, the signing fields are lost each time. How does DocuSign handle no set signing order with multiple signers?

For instance, say a document needed three different signatures, but the sender didn't care about the order those signatures were added. Since there is no signing order, all three signers get the email to sign at the same time. If Person A signs before Person B, does Person B sign a version which includes Person A's signature, or does Person B sign a blank version? Does DocuSign have a way to add all those signatures to the same document? Or would it be best practice to always include signing order, even if not necessary?

Admin Viewing Senders Drafts

As an account Admin, I need to view a draft using the Shared Envelope view. I can view the Inbox, Sent and Deleted folders but I am unable to view drafts. I tried using Search too. Any idea how I can see a senders drafts?

Failure in Template Matching

Hi, I am facing a problem in template matching. Below steps describe the problem An agreement is generated from our loan system in PDF I use this agreement (10 pages) to set up my template i.e. create placeholders for Signatures and Date Signed (these are on page 10 i.e. last page) (I add a location "auto place" to these fields based on a key word) To test the template, I upload the same PDF into an envelope, the template match works perfectly Now to test whether my location auto place is working correctly I take a print out of the PDF through which I had set up the template Insert a blank A4 paper to make it page no. 10 so that page 11 is the one on which customer is supposed to sign (agreements for different customers can run into different no. of pages) Total pages now are 11 I scan these 11 pages as a PDF with page 10 being the blank page and page 11 as the page where the customer should sign The scanned PDF is uploaded in an envelope, but no template match is suggested by the syst

In what plan does the "approver" feature appear?

I would like to add an "approver" to the signing order of documents with multipe stakeholders. I do not want the "approver" to sign/initial - I just want them to be a gatekeeper. I have read this feature exists, but I cannot locate it on Web. What version/plan do I need to use this feature?

DocuSign API Supress email notifcation for embedded signing experience

Hello All, I have a question on restricting email notification on the below scenario, can you please help on this Scenario, 1) We create an envelope from an internal application using REST API 2) We are not adding this entry "<embeddedRecipientStartURL>SIGN_AT_DOCUSIGN</embeddedRecipientStartURL>" for selected recipients. Because we would like to give user same experience for electronic signature or hard copy signature process. So user can have a embedded DocuSign signing link in an internal application but not standard DocuSign email notification for signing. 3) After completing the step, user is receving an email notification from DocuSign like below Email Subject : Signed: Please Sign: Your Northern Trust New Account Documents Thank you for signing your documents. If you did not DocuSign with {recipient name}, please contact support. Multiple Recipients

Hello, I have a question about a template I created a few months ago. The templates first recipient populates data on the documents within the envelope and then two rcipients that must sign follow. When I originally designed and tested the template, the signers were only able to see only their form(as intended) and were able to edit the optional fields the first recipient may have filled in on their respective form. I just tested this and the signers can no longer edit any optional fields the first recipient could optionally fill out. Was this impacted by the Spring '18 release or is this functionality no longer offered? Thank you for your help in advance!
